Très bel emplacement, personnel agréable, chambre propre.
Climatisation d'appoint assez bruyante.
El hotel está muy bien ubicado y es súper limpio. Me resultó ruidoso ya que está en un zona muy transitada. Las camas almohadas y sábanas muy bien. El desayuno una panera llena de tostadas caseras un dulce casero, manteca, fruta o jugo y la infusión. De cantidad muy bien quizás poca variedad pero para mí suficiente y súper amable el que atiende el bar.
El ruido vería de cambiar las ventanas o mejorar eso
Sé que se complica con la decoración o construcción pero le buscaria una solución

La ubicación , la habitación amplia, la amabilidad del personal.
El grifo de la pileta de manos era muy corto e incomodo. El desayuno si bien sabíamos que era continental era muy sencillo.
La gente es muy amable y atento. La habitación es muy bonita. Ambiente es bueno. Hay muchos restaurantes están cerca del hotel!
Se escucha perfectamente el ruido de la calle y del pasillo. La llave de agua de lavabo de baño es corta, es difícil de usar agua.

El desayuno continental no tan bueno, el café estaba super clarito, la fruta mas bien verde. Las vamas habían ruido al moverse en la noche. Y la iluminación del cuarto muy pobre.

The location of the Hotel Ana Catalina is excellent. It is easily within walking distance of all the sites, cafes and attractions that I wanted to visit while in SMA. It is very clean and the Spanish speaking staff are wonderfully friendly. They even helped me with my Spanish! I enjoyed the breakfast very much, it costs about 150 pesos (about $10, so was a good value.)
My only hiccup during my stay was that the plumbing in my first room had problems. But I was moved to a different room and all was resolved. I would definitely stay at the Ana Catalina again!

A un par de calles del centro histórico de San Miguel de Allende. El personal, muy atento, y el restaurante para desayuno, bastante bien. El estacionamiento tiene un costo extra.
Sirven el desayuno un poco tarde. Para los que viajamos por trabajo, sería más útil si fuera un poco más temprano.

Bed was hard.
Breakfast menu offers both hot and cold meals that were deliciously prepared, but the outdoor patio space was not heated so dining in the mornings was chilly! We stayed in January, so this would not be a problem in other months.
The bathroom was clean and hot water was plentiful! Because this is an older building, the ventilation is not great, however, so there was a lingering odor.
