Il ristorante ONDA sorprende per equilibrio e precisione, ogni piatto è pensato. Al Byron, l’arte non è solo decorazione: riempie lo spazio con coerenza e carattere. Camini, bow window, luci morbide…tutto contribuisce a creare un senso di armonia autentica. E' stato un soggiorno fantastico.

Dejligt hotel med meget flinke og hjælpsomme medarbejdere i receptionen. Ingen kaffemaskine på værelset og morgenmaden kunne også være bedre
Property is centrally located.
The staff and the management are absolutely horrendous. They are rude, condescending and unkind - not to mention after barging into my room unannounced, the manager just said sorry but with an attitude as if we should feel bad that they made a mistake. I had to tell him that our breakfast was the minimum to compensate. Absolutely horrible.
Not good for families
Wonderful service overall. Comfortable and clean room. Great location. My favorite part was having access to their hotel bikes and utilizing them to get around. Five star all the way!

Magnolia Restaurant dinner and staff were exceptional.
Reallocated room due to ongoing electrical works taking place. Room was downgraded at our original cost. No coffee or tea facilities in room. No irons supplied, only in house laundry service. Room was not cleaned despite asking twice. Poor communication at all times with reception staff. Not a 5 star experience!
