The Balmoral staff, rooms and location were fabulous. We would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

Amazing location, can walk everywhere and the hotel was intimate and personal. Not just a number when we walked in, treated beautifully.

Réservation avec baignoire nous avons eu une chambre sans baignoire ( vice du côté de booking) très petit et mauvais fonctionnement de la télévision , mauvais petit déjeuner

Lovely place to stay in Paris, just outside the turmoil of the center but nearby enough.
Pros:

The location nearby the Arc de Triomphe and a major metro station was ideal to travel to all hotspots of the city by metro. The neighbourhood is quiet and friendly.

Cons:

The furniture of the room was a bit outdated and worn out, but nothing serious. Though, having to shower in a bathtub is not one of my favourites. The bathroom was big enough to include a separate shower. Missed chance for the designer.

Pros:

The location was perfect. Few meters away from the metro line A which made it very easy to go anywhere and everywhere especially Euro Disney.

Cons:

The hotel could've benefited from room service particularly in the lack of dining options.
