Hotel Diana & Depandance

After a long day travelling, the welcome I received on arrival from Nicholo instantly made me feel at home. His thoughtfulness meant alot. The room was spotless, the bed very comfortable and the bed linen helped me sleep very well.
The next day the staff were helpful and I would definitely stay there again and I will recommend it to my friends. It is very close to Lucca station and to anything you want to see in the walls of Lucca - ideal position.

Great traditional Albergo, with cosy rooms, lovely staff and breakfast room. Close to the railway station, and all points of interest within the walls are an easy stroll.

Hotel staff exceptional in every way, friendly, chatty and helpful.
Room good size and bathroom modern and very clean. Room very quiet location.
Breakfast cannot fault superb.
Car parking is secure and close by behind with security barrier access.

Posizione fantastica, nel pieno centro storico di Lucca. Stanza ampia, pulita e silenziosa. Bagno grande, dotato di tutto il necessario. Doccia bella spaziosa e funzionale. Letto e cuscini comodi.
Staff cordiale e molto disponibile: ci hanno fornito un tutorial per arrivare in hotel senza passare per la zona ZTL, e devo dire che è stato molto facile raggiungere la struttura.
Comodo quanto indispensabile il parcheggio per l’auto, a pochi passi dall’albergo. Lo staff vi accompagnerà fino agli stalli per lasciare l’auto e vi fornirà un biglietto da esporre sul cruscotto per tutta la durata della permanenza

The room was very clean and modernized, even though it was in the old city. The beds were comfortable. The staff was friendly staff. We’re glad to hold her bags until check-in. Location instead of the city walls and close to the train station was exceptional.

Centric location. Spacios room with clean bathroom. Overall, an ok accommodation.

L'accueil, la localisation et les petits déjeuners

I loved this beautiful room in the centre of Lucca. The room was furnished in a lovely style with high, pretty windows and although it was on the ground floor it was quiet and bright. Really this hotel is a simple annex to a nearby hotel... but staff were very kind, the space was beautiful, and the walk was wonderfully easy from the train station. Perfect.

Wirklich sehr zuvorkommendes und nettes Personal. Das Hotel selbst ist sehr gepflegt, liegt sehr ruhig in einer Nebenstraße und hat einfach Charme!

Excellent stay in Lucca. Great location with many cafes and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed a peaceful stay in a nicely decorated and clean room with a good size private shower and dressing room.
