Very nice little hotel!
Pros:

The staff was really friendly. The location was really good. The room was excellent overall. The breakfast was also very good.

Cons:

Lucca was having a heatwave during our stay and the air conditioning for a couple of moments during the night had a hard time to keep up.

Ah, the place has stairs. If you have reduced mobility make sure to ask for an accessible room.

A beautiful quaint hotel filled with history.
Pros:

The large airy rooms with genuine old, authentic features , eg shutters on the window and artwork blending with the modern features

The location was perfect for my visit. The staff were helpful with great recommendations of where to eat and get the finest gelato.

Cons:

The room didn't have a kettle but upon request, one was provided.

Un bagno di bellezza in questa incantevole città, accompagnato da un soggiorno adeguato.
Pros:

La struttura é in una posizione raccolta e silenziosa, ma vicinissima a tutto ciò che la città offre per una visita. Il personale è gentilissimo, disponibile e simpatico. Segnalo il dettaglio molto piacevole della possibilità di colazione all'esterno.

Soggiorno davvero piacevole all'Hotel Diana & Depandance di Lucca! La posizione è ottima: a pochi passi dal centro storico e dalle principali attrazioni della città, perfetta per chi vuole visitare Lucca comodamente a piedi.

Il personale è stato cordiale e disponibile durante tutto il soggiorno, sempre pronto ad aiutare con consigli utili sulla città e attento alle esigenze degli ospiti.

Camere pulite e confortevoli, ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura a chi cerca un soggiorno tranquillo in una posizione strategica per esplorare Lucca.

Todo, el personal todos muy atentos en especial Fabrizio

Cons:

Nada, todo estaba muy limpio, la habitación era grande y la cama muy cómoda. El desayuno estaba riquísimo,el café exquisito lo hacían a petición, para disfrutar degustándolo.

Pros:

Spacious room and bathroom, clean, quiet, good location, friendly staff - at a reasonable price. We will stay at this hotel again when we come to Lucca next time.
