Lovely hotel, handy if travelling by train.
Pros:

Lovely spot off the Canal du Martin and not far from the Seine. Also within easy walking distance of the Gare de Lyon and on a direct Metro line from Gare du Nord and Gare de l'Est, hence the name of the hotel.

Cons:

There was a lift, BUT it was tiny, like a cupboard. Only room for 1 person with luggage.

c'est l'Hôtel que je réserverais dès que je remonte à Paris <3
Pros:

Enfin une chambre pour 1 personne avec un vrai lit, de l'équivalent d'1 place et demie. Pas juste 1 place avec 2 lits à choisir ou un immense 2 places! Ayant toujours mal au dos, le matelas et oreillers étaient parfaits et je me suis réveillée reposée et sans douleurs. Personnel adorable.
Hôtel à taille humaine et le gros + pour moi a été le bonheur de ne pas avoir de télé dans la petite salle de déjeuners avec les infos qui braillent dès le réveil.

Cons:

Les "voyageurs" qui oublient qu'ils ne sont pas seuls et qui ne font pas attention au volume de leur voix lorsqu'ils parlent devant leur porte de chambres ou font claquer allègrement leur porte peu importe l'heure.....malheureusement c'est dans n'importe quel établissement....Heureusement que le personnel était hyper accueillant et aux petits soins, ça compense <3 je reviendrais avec grand plaisir

Pros:

Staff were kind. The room was clean and there was AC, which kept me alive during the heatwave. It is quiet and very close to the metro. It has a small elevator.

Sans réfrigérateur.( surprenant pour un trois étoiles)
Ne correspondant pas au prix payé (193€) taxe de séjour et petit déjeuner non inclus.
Évacuation des eaux difficiles de l’évier
Pente pour l’évacuation des eaux usées de la douche mal étudiée….

Kleines, sauberes und klimatisiertes Zimmer in optimaler Lage.
Pros:

Modernisierte und sehr saubere Zimmer in guter Lage zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln (Metro Bastille), zur Seine und 20 Minuten per Fuß von Notre Dame und circa 30 vom Louvre entfernt. Das Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße und alle Zimmer sind mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
