Lovely!
Pros:

Ulrica could simply be the most helpful and sweet hotel receptionist we've had the pleasure of interacting with. For the European Night of the Museums, she even gave us a list of what's possible to cover - very grateful!
Then there were the scrambled eggs for breakfast - easily some of the best I've had!
And of course, the hotel itself is located across the road from the Angers Saint-Laud railway station.

Cons:

There were no shelves in the wardrobe. The only one at the top was occupied by extra bedding.
There were no hooks in the bathroom for towels or clothes.
There was no air conditioning and the fan was small and didn't oscillate.

Pros:

Very well located and they staff was very nice

Cons:

No AC in 34 degree weather can be brutal. The room was very hot and even if they provided us with a very small fan it was little to no help.

Pros:

Personnel au top, petit déjeuner copieux, varié, super bon, literie très confortable.
Emplacement à 2 pas du château et de l'office du tourisme.

Cons:

Nous étions au 3e étage et nous avons eu super chaud, pas moyen de faire des courants d'air. Pb d'humidité dans la salle de bain et surtout la chambre avec de la moisissure sur le mur, le papier peint qui se décolle.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil chaleureux comme dans une pension de famille. L'hôtel est très bien placé juste à côté de la gare. Les chambres sont propres et joliment décorées.

Cons:

Nous étions dans une chambre au 5e etage très sympa mais sans climatisation, avec des rideaux qui laissaient passer la lumière. Nous avons eu très chaud la nuit.
