Location, design, good facilities and friendly staff
Freundliches Personal, saubere Zimmer; gute Lage. Preis-Leistung eine 10; für einen Zwischenstopp wie wir es hatten absolut empfehlenswert.
Симпатичный бутиковый отель в центре города. Все рядом. Очень тихо. Второй корпус отеля все еще не достроен (но шума не было и нам это не мешало). Неплохой завтрак, хотя если любите покушать плотно -- может быть маловато. Своей парковки нет, но есть буквально рядом за очень адекватную стоимость.
В номере не работал слив в раковине -- вода практически не спускалась. Попросила посмотреть и починить, помыли раковину и все, больше ничего не поменялось. Попросили бокалы для вина (в номере ничего такого нет, даже чашек, только бумажные стаканы) -- дали пластиковые. Стеклянные почему-то принципиально не дали :)

Accueil du personnel, le lieu, proche du centre ville, restaurants, modes de transport (Bus, Tram, vélos électriques, ...
Much quieter than one would expect a city centre hotel to be,possibly because no traffic is allowed on the road,other than electric trams.The reception staff were very helpful and had some nice jazz playing in the background.
Access by car is a bit difficult because no vehicles are allowed,but the staff said an exception is made for vehicles that need to be there.The building itself is in a state of flux as upgrades were in progress and some areas were rather like a building site.The public car parking is about 100 metres away and underground,but not unreasonably expensive.Walking the nearby streets in the evening I was approached by beggars twice and there seems to be quite a nucleus of them in shop doorways.I won't be in too much of a hurry to return.

Die Lage direkt an der Innenstadt ist sehr gut. Zum Bahnhof sind es ca. 20 Minuten zu Fuß, oder man nimmt die Straßenbahn. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück war gut. Es gibt einen netten Bar/Café Aufenthaltsbereich, auch mit Spielen und Büchern für Kinder.
Das Hotel wir gerade frisch renoviert/umgebaut und die Farbgebung ist sehr farbenfroh und freundlich.
Da gerade Umbauten stattfinden, ist die Treppe zum hinteren Bereich noch nicht fertig und an der obersten Stufe, ehrlich gesagt, recht gefährlich. Ich bin auch, zum Entsetzen des Mitarbeiters, der meinen Koffer trug, gefallen. Ich hoffe sehr, das ist inzwischen fertiggestellt.
