WI-FI NON FUNZIONA!!!

The room was basic but clean and comfortable. Close to the train / bus station and an easy walk to the old town. Wifi only worked part of the time.

Close the railway station and walkable to old town. The staff and facilities were excellent and we enjoyed our time there. The breakfast was also good. Dark and fairly quiet room for sleeping.

Our welcome drink was a nice touch.

Très bon hôtel. Service de chambre tous les jours. Personnel accueillant que ce soit au restaurant ou à la réception.
Je suis déjà venue et je reviendrai bientôt.

Near the train and bus station. restaurants is just around corner. 15 mins walk to Intramuros.

No kettle inside the room.
Noisy if your room is along the road.

Petit hôtel sympa et calme, très bien situé. D'un côté la gare à 5 min, de l'autre la vieille ville à 15min et au-dessus la plage à 10min. Petit dej très bien et cuisine raffinée.

This hotel was great - our boat was cancelled - they accommodated us and our kittens that we had just picked up without any problems - they were just great when we were in a panic! Highly recommend!
Room was perfect for us too - kittens fully approved!

L’hôtel est bruyant, situé au bord d’une route très fréquentée. Le petit-déjeuner à volonté est cher pour la qualité du service proposé. Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de crêpes !

Points positifs : l’hôtel est proche de la gare, le gérant est sympathique et la chambre était plutôt propre.

Attention toutefois au « petit cadeau offert ». Le personnel vous dira à plusieurs reprises que le verre offert peut être pris à tout moment, sans avoir à consommer un repas entier. Cependant, vous devrez finalement consommer un menu pour en bénéficier. Soit c’est un manque de compétence des équipes, soit un « faux-cadeau » malhonnête.

Les chambres sont vraiment trop petites, le l’ascenseur est ridiculement étroit et peu pratique et les WC sont il limites utilisables. Nous avons les genoux sur la porte. Enfin, la climatisation ne peut pas être baissé, c’est le gérant qui choisit la température. Nous avons été obligé de la couper complètement.

Das Hotel ist sehr einfach, aber tipptopp sauber - eher nicht was für Ferien, aber durch die Lage (fast) am Bahnhof ideal für Durchreisende.

Plein centre mais en l'absence de clim, obligation d'ouvrir la fenêtre et de subir les bruits de la rue et des passants jusque 3h du matin

Décevant, bruyant, literie inconfortable et petite chambre.
Petit déjeuner trop excessif pour ce qu il y a. Un déjeuner de base que du sucré.
Je le déconseille.

Disappointed with “tired” decor of hotel in general but also the bedroom.
Late check in as clean laundry late to arrive at the hotel

Check in was only at 3 pm and when I finally was able to check in they said the room wasn’t ready yet. When I showed my discontent they all of a sudden found me a room. Also I felt like the luggage consignment was a little sketchy as no one was really keeping an eye on the luggage. Anyone off the street could walk in and snatch a bag.

Beautiful hotel in a historic area.

I booked this hotel for my daughter (10 years old) and I on the 27th May. Our booking was for last night (7th July).
We arrived late, around 10pm because our ferry from Guernsey was very late. When we arrived at the hotel it was closed. I called the emergency number but no one answer and went straight to voicemail so wasn’t very emergency oriented.
With the help from a man from a local restaurant I managed to book a different hotel for the night.
It was horrible as my daughter started to get very worried.
I would like to have my money back for the terrible inconvenience

Schone nette accomodatie. Dicht bij het station. Prima voor 1 nacht wel bij een druk kruispunr dus raam dicht. Prima voor onze overnachting om de dag erop met detrein te vertrekken

Très bon rapport qualité prix, le restauration est excellente. À pied vraiment pas loin de la ville intra-muros, une belle balade.
