passable, vers le négatif du à la non correspondance entre votre site et le réel
Pros:

la réservation faite par l'hôtel pour un repas au restaurant situé à 100m.
la situation géographique de l'hôtel.

Cons:

chambre réservée ne correspondait au descriptif fait par vos soins (vue sur parking et petite baignoire et stipulé sur votre site à la réservation : vue sur piscine et douche)
jacuzzi : non entretenu, odeur nauséabonde, eau pas chauffée.
facturation étrange, la taxe de séjour est payé à la réservation sur votre site et mets refacturée au paiement à la sortie du séjour (1 nuit)
Réservation avec petit déjeuner et supplément à la facture pour 2 petits déjeuners ???
