Appartamento meraviglioso, un sogno tra le montagne
Pros:

L’appuntamento era meraviglioso, arredamento stupendo e tutto super nuovo. Accesso comodissimo alle terme anche se la struttura è diversa da quella delle stanze dell’hotel.

Cons:

Lo staff al check in non è stato particolarmente cortese… parliamo comunque di una struttura a 5 stelle dove ci si aspetta che il servizio dia impeccabile

Molto rilassante, cittadina molto carina.
Pros:

La colazione super, il ristorante ottima location, ottimo chef ma rapporto qualità prezzo sproporzionata, poca adattabilità alle richieste extra e soprattutto, secondo me chi alloggia in albergo non dovrebbe avere il ristorante alla carta ma un forfait a persona con scelta del menu in anticipo, bellissimo il complesso e i trattamenti termali veramente ottimi.

Relax e confort in una location da sogno!
Pros:

Anno dopo anno la struttura continua a soddisfare le mie aspettative! Camere ordinate, pulite e sempre al massimo del confort. I servizi sono, a dir poco, unici! L'enorme area relax che contraddistingue la struttura non è mai sovraffollata.

Cons:

Al di là di alcuni ospiti poco "intelligente" (ma la struttura non ne ha una responsabilità totale) consiglio a chi prenota di chiedere anticipatamente il tipo di alloggio. Abbiamo prenotato una Confort ma la sistemazione dell'ala nuova è stata una pessima idea! Per raggiungere la reception era necessario uno slalom tra corridoi ed ascensori! La prossima volta preferirò una stanza normale chiarendo che non la voglio nell'Ala nuova

Tutto ok, piccolo appunto visto che in camera ci sono pure tappetino da yoga e palla, mi sarei aspettato presa corrente per asciugacapelli in bagno e non accanto al letto, qualche bagno doccia in più e dei semplici cucchiaini o palettine per caffè

Lo staff è stato meraviglioso, si ringrazia in particolare Davide che ogni mattina ci serviva la colazione, alla reception Andrea, il barman Sefa e la massaggiatrice Manuela

Cons:

L'organizzazione come orario di apertura del bar (ore 17).. in un 5 stelle dovrebbe esserci molta più elasticità e il venir incontro alle richieste della clientela, l'inutilità di dover indossare obbligatoriamente un accappatoio per l'aperitivo (o si indossa sempre anche a colazione o mai)

Ist es ein Wes-Anderson-Film – oder was ist hier los?
Pros:

Wir haben das Hotel als Motorradtour-Guides für unsere Tour gebucht – und unsere amerikanischen Kunden sind aus dem Staunen nicht mehr herausgekommen. Nach einer Fahrt bei 4 °C über den Gavia-Pass waren wir einfach nur glücklich, uns zum Aufwärmen durch einen intensiven Saunarundgang zu arbeiten. Das Haus wirkt wie ein Traum aus einem Wes-Anderson-Film und bietet unglaublich viel Raum zum Entdecken – im weitläufigen Garten ebenso wie in den wunderschönen Innenräumen. Besonders überraschend: ein reichhaltiger Aperitivo im Bademantel. Und am nächsten Morgen öffnet sich zum Frühstück tatsächlich der große Tanzsaal.

Ein ziemlich außergewöhnlicher Ort.

Ein ziemlich großartiger Ort für eine Nacht, in der man Motorradklamotten gegen Bademantel tauscht und sich ein bisschen wie ein Grand-Hotel-Gast aus dem Jahr 1900 fühlt. Das schönste: es regnete, während wir im Außenpool der Therme lagen. Große Säle, Stuck, Kronleuchter, lange Flure und dieser leicht übertriebene Belle-Époque-Glamour lassen einen sofort in eine andere Zeit eintauchen.

An exceptional 5-star experience from start to finish. Beautiful surroundings, outstanding spa.
Pros:

Everything was exceptional. We absolutely loved our stay.

We travelled with our dog, and the hotel was exceptionally comfortable for us as a family. There was plenty of space in the room for him to roam, as well as beautiful surroundings and lots of space to take him for walks.

The facilities were amazing, and the spa was truly next level. One of the highlights was that the spa stayed open until 10pm, meaning we could enjoy the heated outdoor pool under the night sky. Watching the falling stars from the warm pool on Ferragosto was a very special treat! :))

Everything you would expect from a 5-star hotel and more. An exceptional experience from start to finish.

Cons:

The only area where we felt there was room for improvement was the service. At times, it felt a little cold and there were a few small gaps in communication. For example, we weren’t given instructions for the code needed to enter our room, which caused some unnecessary confusion.

We also had a ski box on our car which didn’t fit in the garage, so we had to relocate it. This wasn’t a major issue in itself, but at a 5-star hotel, we would have expected a little more attention to detail and proactive communication.

That said, these were relatively minor points and certainly didn’t take away from what was otherwise a fantastic stay.
