Самое лучшее в отеле - это его термы. Очень много бассейнов, бань, купелей, мест отдыха и тп. Мы только на третий день все разведали. Есть под открытым небом и внутри. В будние дни народу мало, очень приятно. В пятницу-субботу - как сельди в бочке. Все время до кого то дотрагиваешься. Предоставляется перекус в виде набора сыров, колбас , мелких закусочек и пива-шампанского. В лобби отеля кофеварка и чай. Такие же наборы в номере. Мы останавливались в апартаментах и в основном здании. Апартаменты однозначно лучше. Номер больше, светлее, есть кухня. Это важно, потому что отель не в городе Бормио. Поесть можно только в ресторане отеля, а к нему много вопросов. Не очень вкусно было.
В отеле выдают прекрасный набор туалетных принадлежностей. Полотенца и халаты меняют каждый день. Уборка хорошая. Персонал очень любезный, старается помочь.

Cons:

Нет шаттла в ски-центр. Добраться до горнолыжки можно только на своей машине или вызывать такси. Автобусы ходят, но их расписание не понятно и ходят они в центр городка, а не на склон.
Совершенно убогий завтрак для отеля 5 звезд. На третий день не знаешь, что и съесть. Выбор из двух видов сыров или колбас, пересоленой красной рыбы и скрэмбла. И кофе не варят, а делают в капсульной кофеварке.

Schönes Zimmer und schönes Haus

Cons:

Zu weit vom Zentrum entfernt, dass es zu Fuss ginge am Abend. Die jeweiligen Taxikosten hin und her sind sehr teuer. es soltle einen Shuttle service vom Hotel geben.

Понравилось абсолютно всё: начиная сочетаниям современности и наличие исторических артефактов внутри отеля до абсолютно сложной работы всего персонала начиная с ресепшен и заканчивая организацией и качеством завтраков!

Cons:

До 11:00 спа могут пользоваться только гость отеля которые в нём живут, а после 11 приходит люди извне… их очень много((
