Ottima posizione, terme in spazi comodi con ampie possibilità di scelta. Stanze e bagni comodi. Servizi in camera e pulizia buoni.

Cons:

Non c’è un servizio bar durante tutta la giornata né nella struttura centrale né nello spazio termale. Buffet di pranzo e cena di qualità scadente. Personale alla reception poco accogliente

Cons:

Pulizia e comfort degli accappatoi, pulizia appena accettabile della camera. E soprattutto il fatto che all'arrivo, sotto l'acqua, non mi abbiano fatto accedere al parcheggio (nonostante un check-in on-line fatto il giorno precedente), e che all'arrivo (h.15.00) non sia stato possibile prenotare il ristorante per cena per mancanza di disponibilità... Piuttosto che un aperitivo offerto, a cui ho rinunciato volentieri, alle 17.30...consiglio la merenda alle 16 (humor mode on).

Отель расположен недалеко от Бормио, если ужинать в городе, то это на машине мин 7-10. В отеле бассейны с термами, все ухоженные и чистое, с прекрасными видами, в отеле очень тихо. Сам отель стильный. Поездка была летом и нас интересовали велотрассы и пешеходные маршруты. Все рядом с отелем, очень удобно. Спать было удобно, матрас великолепный.

Cons:

Это скорее спа комплекс чем отель, на день приезжает много посетителей спа. Завтраки были очень скромными, вкусно не было. Ужинать в отеле даже не пытались.

We will be back it is one of the best spa hotels we have stayed at and couldn’t get over the views 😍
Pros:

It most certainly had the wow factor it has elegance, grandeur & relaxation down to a T. Itwas perfect for our short stay as we travelled around Italy & France in our car from the uk, we were in much need of some pampering and thoroughly enjoyed it

Cons:

That we didn’t have more time here, we needed 2 nights really but we had a very tight schedule unfortunately

Loved the large spa area around the hotel with hot spring water. Wonderful brekfast. Lots of history.

Cons:

Hotellet hadde ikke navn på rommene vi hadde booket (selv om vi booket med navn via Booking.com). Det var også veldig lang innsjekking.

Очень красивый отель. СПА бесподобное. Постоянно в лобби чаи, кофе вода. Регулярно меняют халаты. Удобная система кодов вместо ключей. Очень чисто. Есть крытый гараж (10 евро за сутки).

Cons:

Очень неудобно добираться в новый корпус. Лифты плохие. Запах в коридорах, духота в коридорах. В отеле 5* в номерах нет кондиционера.. Учтите, вы можете заказать аперетив, на рецепшен об этом не сообщили. Заказ утром невозможно сделать на время после 16:00, это не удобно для тех, кто путешествует по окрестностям. Вообще, информацию надо "выпрашивать" у персонала.

Deludente rispetto agli anni scorsi

Sempre bella la struttura, ma l'ho trovata un po' trascurata come se fossero sotto organico di personale. Letti comodissimi!

Cons:

Partiamo dall'aperitivo serale dopo il quale ho avuto una colica davvero acuta, poca varietà di cibo e qualità più bassa rispetto agli anni scorsi. In secondo luogo chiediamo di usufruire dello sconto del 10% che viene descritto sul sito ufficiale x i residenti in provincia di Sondrio ed al check-in ci viene detto che lo applicano al check-out ma poi arrivati ai saluti ci dicono che "è solo per alcune zone ma non per tutta la provincia di Sondrio" bha... Direi poco corretti. Per finire con la totale mancanza di controllo del silenzio e del rispetto di tutti i clienti( c'era un gruppo che continuava ad urlare e ridere a squarciagola che poi ho incontrato nuovamente nella sala del riposo ed uno di loro ha petato, l'altro ha eruttato e poi hanno ben pensato di chiacchierare a voce alta in 8 persone nelle sale dove si dorme). Veramente deludente, mai capitato gli anni scorsi. Dico a malincuore che non vi alloggerò più.
