Pros:

The rooms for spotlessly clean. Excellent buffet breakfast. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff at reception.

Prima hotel. Ochtend persoon ontbijtzaal en schoonmaak kunnen beter
Pros:

De ligging tov centrum dit is circa 15 min lopen. Parkeermogelijkheid bij het hotel.

Cons:

De manlijke bediening bij het ontbijt.
Niet vriendelijk kon geen goedemorgen van af. Was heel hectisch en gehaast en bot en liet vaak bestek vallen en had zelfs de melding er is geen koffie meer was terwijl de vrouwelijke collega 2 tellen later de koffie aanvult.

De schoonmaakster hing de vuile handdoeken die we op de grond hadden gegooid weer vrolijk op voor gebruik. De kamers waren prima en schoon.

Overige bediening was vriendelijk en niets op aan te merken.

Gutes Hotel in Gent
Pros:

Der Empfang war äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit!!! Vielen Dank! Das Frühstück war sehr gut… besonders aber der Parkplatz war super… im Hof des Hotels und auch gross genug für einen suv. Es gab auch eine kleine Küchenzeile im Zimmer .. man hätte auch Kaffee oder Tee zubereiten können.

Cons:

Die (getrennten) Betten waren höchstens 80cm breit… mein Mann fiel beim Umdrehen fast aus dem Bett!

Pros:

Het personeel was heel enthousiast, vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het verblijf ligt op 10 min wandelen van het stadscentrum en ligt hierdoor ook rustig. Het ontbijt is uitgebreid en compleet. Verder was de kamer heel netjes.

Ongelooflijke hot spot !!
Pros:

Zeer vriendelijke ontvangst, zeer groot en schoon apartment, uitgebreid ontbijt, op zeer fijne wandel afstand van het prachtige centrum van Gent.

Cons:

Niets viel tegen, in tegen deel !! .

Was fijne accomodatie, die vlakbij openbaar vervoer lag, waarmee je zo in de stad was.
Pros:

Vriendelijk personeel, bereid om advies en hulp te bieden.

Cons:

Jammer dat het ontbijt maar tot 10.00 uur was. Wij senioren hebben in de ochtend wat meer tijd nodig. Tot half 11 was fijner geweest.

My stay at this hotel was generally unpleasant.

Before arrival, I had clearly informed the hotel that I did not authorize any photographs or scans of my ID, requesting that my details be entered manually. The hotel confirmed that this would be possible. However, at check-in, the staff member took my ID and scanned it without asking for permission. I expressed my dissatisfaction, and despite being aware of my prior request, he did not apologize or show any concern.

The payment process was also problematic. The staff member initially refused to accept my Revolut Mastercard, insisting that a credit card was required. The situation was resolved by placing a hold for an amount higher than the reservation.

The heating/ventilation system produced a loud noise, forcing us to turn it off. The breakfast had limited variety and average quality. In addition, the staff present at breakfast were very unfriendly.

Of the entire stay, only the staff member present at our departure demonstrated friendliness and professionalism.

Een onvergetelijk uitje naar Gent, met een uitstekende accommodatie!
Pros:

Het was fantastisch! De mensen waren zeer gastvrij, vriendelijk en meedenkend. Het is een top locatie; net buiten het centrum, binnen 10 minuutjes lopen ben je in het hart van het gezellige centrum. De kamers en bedden zijn erg ruim en ook erg goed geïsoleerd, we hebben geen geluiden gehoord. We komen hier graag terug!
