Spacious apartment, very comfortable and quiet. Lovely breakfast, friendly staff and 20mins walk from the centre
Pros:

The apartment was spacious and very quiet. We slept really well and were able to walk into the centre in 20mins.

Cons:

Kitchen was limited but it was possible to cook a meal.

Highly recommend staying here.
Pros:

I can highly recomend. The staff were lovely, patient and helpful. Breakfast was plentiful and I ate in the resturant two nights which I enjoyed. The accomodation was very clean and had everything that I needed. Housekeeping are really very good at their jobs. Its nice and quiet, you can set the room temperature to suit yourself. There is a lift to take you to your floor and stairs if you prefer. It is on a very easy to catch busses from here and several run directly to the train station. It is in easy walking distance of many attractions. I can't fault the place.

Cons:

The bath/shower is quite slippy when wet so take care gettin in and out.

Pros:

Das Personal, besonders am Empfang, war super freundlich und sehr zuvorkommend.
Wir hatten einen Parkplatz im Vorfeld gebucht und durften diesen sogar schon vor der Check-in-Zeit nutzen.
Beim Frühstück gab es alles was man braucht.
Man war fussläufig schnell im Zentrum und hatte trotzdem ein sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig und vor allem super sauber.

La limpieza y amplitud del apartamento así como el menage del mismo en caso de querer cocinar aunque no era mi caso.
La chica de recepción fué muy amable y nos proporcionó información de la ciudad

Cons:

La ubicacion un poco a desmano para las personas a las que no les guste caminar.20mn del centro

We did not know that parking has to be booked in advance and had some trouble finding parking upon arrival. Hope it can be stated more clearly in the future

A nice place to stay but the food & drink on offer was disappointing.
Pros:

We like a great deal about Castenou - friendly reception staff, friendly bar staff, the rooms, the parking, & the location is within walking distance of the centre - & the canals are lovely too

Cons:

The food on offer was disappointing. There was not really a lot of choice if you were vegetarian & no choice if you’re a vegan. This was true for both evening meals & breakfast. I asked at breakfast of if I might have some olive oil for the bread. Eventually I was given a bottle of walnut oil.

& we were disappointed that the bar closed completely at 10pm

Locatie was prettig. Grote kamers inclusief woonkamer en keuken. Parkeerplaatsen beschikbaar. Lekker ontbijt. Vriendelijk personeel.

Pros:

Čisté, prostorné apartmány v klidné lokalitě. Dobrá snídaně. Téměř před hotelem zastávka autobusů 70 a 76 jedoucích od hlavního nádraží. Navštívili jsme rovněž restauraci Dali, krevety byly výborné, zdarma 1 pivo k jídlu pro hosty hotelu.

Terrible
Pros:

The rooms were clean , and only the reception with short hair was friendly

Cons:

There is no hospatility at all , while eating breakfast one staff came to me to ask me if i was leaving tomorrow ! , at check out at 12:00 my baby daughter pooped all over herself , but the room cleaning women opened the door and shouted you have 5 minites to go out !! While i was closing my bags at 12:10 she called the recieptioist which also knocked the door and said you had 3 days to pack up your bags
