prima toen we eenmaal binnen wisten te geraken
Pros:

Prachtig hotel.

Cons:

We waren laat, tegen half twaalf (aangekondigd en gecommuniceerd) maar troffen helemaal niemand, juist voordat we besloten maar weer te vertrekken (waarheen???)(we konden de gang bereiken maar er was verder geen leven te bekennen) kwam de host uit een deur en kregen we een sleutel. Interessant was dat de host ons met jij aansprak terwijl Belgen toch al u zeggen tegen een jong iemand en dat hij uiterst informeel gekleed was (pyjama look). Dat is verder ok, we zijn allemaal mensen en de man was erg vriendelijk, maar het was in contrast met de lichte grandeur van de ingang en gang van het hotel. Het gaf een enigszins merkwaardig gevoel alles bijeen.

Aangenaam kort verblijf
Pros:

Vriendelijke ontvangst. Zeer ruime kamer met een heerlijke regendouche. Vlakbij het strand en de winkelstraten.
Het was laagseizoen en ondanks het beperkte aantal gasten was er een uitgebreid ontbijt met voldoende keuze.

Cons:

De koffie bij het ontbijt is een 2 sterren hotel onwaardig. Zwart en lauw. ziekenhuiskoffie smaakt beter

Ik zou hotel du parc nooit aanraden . Er zijn betere hotels in Oostende
Pros:

De kamer was prachtig

Cons:

Het ontbijt was slecht , ondermaats en te duur voor wat je krijgt .
Verbrand spiegelei . Enorm basic . Slechte bediening .
Zelfs geen fruit .

Zorgeloos een weekend weg
Pros:

Heel mooi ontbijtbuffet die telkens op tijd werd aangevuld. Je kwam er nooit iets te kort. De kamers zijn stijlvol en erg proper en beschikken over comfortabele matrassen. Het hotel is ook heel centraal gelegen, dus alles was op een korte afstand bereikbaar.

Niets aan toe te voegen.

Een memorabele tijd in een hotel met geschiedenis

Op een paar details na : lauwe en oude koffie uit een pompthermos voor het ontbijt is een zaak met deze standing onwaardig
