Bellissimo hotel peccato per lo staff

Struttura molto bella con bellissimi spazi e tanti servizi. L’acqua park è davvero bello! La nostra stanza era grande (abbiamo visto dalla planimetria che non tutte avevano la stessa dimensione, la nostra aveva un angolo più grande rispetto a quelle adiacenti) camera e bagno molto puliti, letto molto comodo, anche il divano letto dove dormiva nostra figlia, alla vista non sembrava un granché invece era molto comodo. Colazione buona, potrebbe essere migliorata, spazi sia della stanza che delle aree comuni davvero belli e ben arredati.

Cons:

La cena a buffet non era all’altezza del costo. Un buffet davvero mediocre, con poca scelta. Conviene attraversare la strada e mangiare alla carta nell’ hotel di fronte con un’ottima cucina a prezzi molto simili.
Abbiamo chiesto che venisse sistemata la tenda della nostra stanza diverse volte (alcuni ganci si erano sfilati dal binario, una cosa davvero semplice da aggiustare) non è mai passato nessuno, alla reception segnavano su un foglio la segnalazione (senza nemmeno chiedere scusa) ma poi non sono mai passati, così abbiamo dovuto arrangiarci. Una cosa che non mi aspetterei mai di una struttura di questo livello.

Jedlo bolo výborné, každý deň iné, bolo si z čoho vybrať, personál ústretoví, milí, ochotní pomôcť. Jedáleň pekná, pri večeri sme mali 2x živú hudbu, mestečko a prostredie pekné.

Cons:

Boli sme sklamaní z nábytku v izbe, ošúchaný, špinavé poťahy na stoličkách, nefungujúca klimatizácia a vonku 34 stupňov, vraj je vyplnutá, lebo je hlučná, ale personál nám hneď doniesol ventilátor. Chýbala kanvica a hrnčeky, wifi bola zúfalá, fungovala iba pri dverách izby.

Buffet della colazione e della cena buono e vario, a volte anche con qualche piatto locale. Saune e piscine molto belle, soprattutto quella interna. Divertentissimo il bowling, che però è a pagamento. La nostra stanza era molto spaziosa, pulita e con un ottimo sistema di aria condizionata per nulla aggressiva ma molto confortevole considerando i 34 gradi che c'erano fuori. Bagno fantastico. Per quello che abbiamo pagato noi il rapporto qualità prezzo era davvero ottimo. Considerate però che includendo così tanti servizi l'hotel sembra puntare i suoi guadagni su tutti gli extra che propone come banalmente le bevande (una bottiglia di acqua naturale al buffet costa 5 euro!), il noleggio bici, la sauna extra, il bowling, addirittura le poltrone massaggianti. Da questo punto di vista ricorda un po' le logiche delle navi da crociera. Niente di male, considerando gli ottimi servizi dell'hotel, ma può essere utile saperlo. Piacevole anche il contesto: i balconi affacciano su una bella chiesa con le montagne tutte intorno e i laghi di Bohinj e Bled a pochi chilometri.
