Preis Leistung Verhältnis stimmt nicht. Am Personal sollte noch einiges gearbeitet werden!
Pros:

Lage ist super, direkt am See und zu Fuss in 5 Minuten im Stadtzentrum.

Die Anlage ist gepflegt und die alte ehemalige Villa ist stilvoll renoviert und ausgebaut

Cons:

Das Zimmer (ich vermute sogar eines der besseren, da mit Seeblick) war jedoch sehr klein. Der aufgerufene Zimmerpreis von 290.- Euro ist für diese Größe aus meiner Sicht nicht gerechtfertigt.

Ein weiterer Kritikpunkt war die Verdunkelung des Zimmers. Der Vorhang ließ sich nicht schließen, lediglich die elektrischen Jalousien konnten heruntergelassen werden. Dadurch wurde das Zimmer jedoch komplett abgedunkelt, sodass man morgens jegliches Zeitgefühl verlor. Ließ man die Jalousien geöffnet, schien hingegen das Licht der Straßenlaternen direkt ins Zimmer.

Der Türöffner war zudem extrem laut – jedes Mal klang das Öffnen der Tür wie ein schweres Gefängnistor, was insbesondere nachts störend war.

Das Personal beim Frühstück wirkte leider sehr unaufmerksam. Auf meinen Cappuccino musste ich mehrfach hinweisen, obwohl ich morgens um 7 Uhr der einzige Gast war. Die Bestellung wurde schlicht vergessen, während das Servicepersonal überwiegend mit dem Handy beschäftigt war.

Auch die Qualität der frischen Früchte am Frühstücksbuffet war enttäuschend. Bereits um 7 Uhr morgens waren einige Früchte sichtbar nicht mehr frisch – insbesondere die Kirschen und die Melonen waren teilweise bereits verdorben.
