Een goed verblijf op een top locatie voor een heel billijke prijs.
Pros:

De locatie van het hotel kon niet beter zijn, daarom hadden wij dit hotelletje gekozen. Het personeel was heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was naar verwachting goed. Onze verwachtingen kwamen in overeenstemming met wat het hotel te bieden had voor zijn prijs.

The staff does their best to smooth things over, but we’re unlikely to return here.
Pros:

· Friendly and accommodating staff (they were very helpful with arranging our transfer from the airport – thank you very much)
· Opportunity to have tea in the kitchen in the evening
· Central location, close to sights
· Umbrellas available for rainy weather

Cons:

· No elevator – you have to carry your suitcases up to the 5th floor via a steep spiral staircase
· The room lacks: chairs, disposable slippers, the air conditioner remote control, a kettle, and tea. No bottled drinking water provided
· Old furniture and rusty plumbing
· Dim lighting, lumpy pillows
· Cleaning wasn’t done even upon request
· Someone secretly smokes somewhere in the hotel – the smell of tobacco seeps through the walls
· Smells of fried food from a neighboring café, loud music plays half the night, customers shout
· At night, a garbage truck rattles and beeps in the area

Pros:

Todo ha sido maravilloso, una experiencia estupenda!
Sobre todo a destacar la amabilidad del personal,dispuesto a ayudar en todo momento.
Algún día nos ha apetecido comida preparada para cenar y sin problema hemos usado el comedor. Nos han dado mucha información del lugar, y el primer día nos indicaron en que restaurante ir a cenar y fue estupendo.El.dia k cogíamos el avión era muy pronto y aun así nos prepararon unos bocatas.
Si vuelvo a Estambul sin duda volveremos.Muchas gracias a todos el personal. Lo recomiendo 100%.

If you want a simple an elegant hotel near the Hagia Sophia, it is a great option!
Pros:

Perfect staff. Very friendly and helpful. Great selection of simple do it yourself breakfast items. The room was very neat and tidy and the bed was one of the most luxurious and softest I have ever experienced! Amazing location for the price. And only a 3 minute walk from the Hagia Sophia, right in the heart of the old city! Would definitely come again!

Cons:

My room was on one of the top floors so I had to walk a few flights of stairs whenever I came back to the hotel, as there is no elevator. Also there is a student hostel and bar right beside the hotel, so it tended to be a bit noisy late at night. But as I remember after 11pm (or so) it all quieted down.

The breakfast was absolutely fabulous. So was the room and the staff. The location was also perfect. Couldn’t have stayed at a better place in Istanbul.

Had a great stay at Modern Sultan Hotel, excellent location, clean and comfortable room, and a warm, pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. Special thanks to Idris and Laila for their very welcoming hospitality; they were incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel truly at home. Highly recommended and would happily stay here again.

El colchón se hunde demasiado y mi espalda lo pasó mal. No hay ascensor, si te toca plantas de arriba toca subir y bajar escaleras

Nice view, nice room, good beds, nice staff very helpful , they helped us with parking

Cons:

The toilet water was broken and the doublebed duvet was too small for that bed but all these can be fixed I recommend this hotel
