Cons:

La camera era sporca. Il bagno orribile, lo scarico non funzionava bene, il rubinetto del lavandino spruzzava ovunque. Formiche e lunghi capelli neri.
Sotto il letto fazzolettini usati, presumibilmente, e un contenitore per cibo. Abbiamo usato gli asciugamani come "coperte" perché almeno quelli erano puliti.
La dotazione di cucina ridicola. 2 forchette, una spugnetta usata e un canovaccio sporchissimo

Lo consiglierei a tutti e ci tornerei
Pros:

Aparthotel gestito da una famiglia davvero gentile, ci ha aiutato tanto con il problema che abbiamo avuto con i bagagli pesi dalla compagnia aerea. La struttura ha una posizione fantastica, strada e quartiere perfetti. A due passi dal centro eppure in un quartiere super tranquillo pieno di verde e vicinissimo a molti ristoranti e pub.

Cons:

Forse è un po datata , ma il prezzo è adeguato a quello che offre.

Great location! Quaint apartment.
Pros:

The apartment is old but it's quaint and we liked it. It looks like something out of a Tom Waits' song. The bed is massive and very comfy. The little kitchen has everything you need for a short stay.
The staff is lovely, they let us check in early and they stored our bags after check out so we could go for lunch before our flight.
The location is pretty good, in a nice area and walking distance to public transport and nice cafés and restaurants.

Cons:

The carpet and bed sheets are old and stained. The whole decor could do with a freshen up.
The towels are old and hard.
The shower is a bit hit and miss. I think if there are other people using showers around it's really hard to get a constant temperature.

Central and comfortable apartment.
Pros:

Fantastic stay. Amazing location and such polite and helpful hosts who kept our bags and gave codes for after hours access. Great to have a little kitchen as well. Will definitely be back if we visit Melbourne again. Thank you.

Wonderful helpful staff, comfortable room with kitchenette. Great location, lovely safe area.
Pros:

For me the best thing was the customer service. They went out of their way to accommodate my earlier arrival. They couldn’t promise it would be ready earlier, but they tried to clean my room first, and were able to on this occasion allow me to check in earlier. Really appreciated it🙏
Also the room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. We made good use of the kitchenette for preparing basic meals which great. The location is fantastic - just a short walk to the train station and bus stops. Walking distance to the A.O at Melbourne Park 👍👌 would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Not really much. It’s a little older style, but I think renovations would push the price up. While it’s older it’s still very clean. As it is, for what you get plus the location, the price is right we felt.

I only stayed 1 night out of 8. Fridge & tv didn't work properly. The pictures don't show the cracks, paint peeling off, carpet warn away, etc etc

Pros:

The reception staff were amazing. Parking was limited & very tight to park. The staff helped me get my Hilux 4WD parked in a spot which took some serious manoeuvring. Very helpful. Thank you again.

Pros:

The location is very easy to find, close to tram stop and very quiet suburban street. Travel on a tram and in about 10 mins you are in the cbd. The reception staff member was very helpful and friendly. The room exceeded expectations on amenities. Kitchenette was well stocked with cooking supplies, cutlery and milk/coffee/tea was provided. Beds comfortable, nice pillows and clean linen. Cosmetically the rooms are very outdated, if you can look past the brown curtains and yellow walls it is a very comfortable stay.

The rooms were very outdated cosmetically.
Shower/bath was abit of a pain.

Great location, tired property begging for a refresh
Pros:

Great location, easy walk to the tennis and MCG, trams to the city. Nice, big window that opened for fresh air.
Friendly reception, nice quiet street with beautiful trees.

Cons:

Sadly neglected and in need of an update. Shower / bath was hard to navigate and water temp difficult to navigate.

Pros:

A quiet place near the CBD, the AO park, tram line, metro, coffee shops, and helpful staff. Safe place to walk in the night, it’s also near a beautiful park.

Cons:

The property is a bit old, but the price is affordable. Bed was a bit hard and the hot water can get cold when someone near the room is also showering.
