Pros:

The location is fantastic if you want to get to the MCG or a quick tram ride into the CBD.
The rooms are very compact and the bathroom is old, but everything was clean and operational.

Functional accommodation near various hospitals.
Pros:

Close to medical facilities and hospitals. Quiet location. Well equipped. including kitchenette. Comfortable mattress. No contact with other humans (that suits me) - just using key boxes.

Cons:

2 pillows provided and both were hard as rocks (fortunately I travel with my own). No hair conditioner, but did have shampoo (ok for those with very short hair).

Great price but needs a really good clean and freshen up
Pros:

good location, beds are comfortable and staff were lovely

Cons:

old rattly pipes and can hear when your neighbours are using the shower/taps, under the bed had a thick layer of dust and dirt

Location was great, 5 minutes walk from tram stop. Staff were extremely helpful. Very quiet location.

Cons:

Room was a little tired and could do with a revamp. Everything we needed was available however.
