Pros:

Location is right near a train station and tram stop. Lots of eateries and convenience shops around. Good location for any events at Melbourne Cricket grounds or Rod Laver as its within walking distance.

Cons:

Facilities are basic and not too modern but are clean and all you need for a stay.

The staff were friendly, I give it an 11. It's not their fault it's a terrible place.

Cons:

It was a hotel sold as an apartment where you could hear everything from the other rooms: old, rusty, deplorable kitchen, a bathroom with a shower and a very ugly tub, hideous curtains, and very thin windows that let in noise from other rooms. The whole place is old, used I assume as a hotel by the hour, but I was charged a pretty hefty price for Formula One. A place you shouldn't even consider staying in unless you like horrible things.

My stay was great and perfect for what I needed.
Pros:

Great location - easy to get to public transport, eating spots. The staff were so accommodating and really helpful. Quiet location too, comfortable bedding, air conditioning in the room was handy. The unit had everything I could hope for.

Good location. Easy 3 min walk to tram 48 or 75 to the city.
Spacious room. Good bed.
Linen and towels changed after 3 days.
Shower reasonable power.
Safety box in the room.

Cons:

Just a bit dated with worn carpets. Room on second floor but reception helpful with cases.
