Ressouçant au bord de mer et dans la nature.
Pros:

Concept de l'etablissement : un eco hotel au milieu du potager et des animaux. Parfaitement situé pres de la plage. Prestations de qualité, grande chambre, très belle décoration de style bord de mer. Beaux matériaux naturels : bois veiné, plein de charme. Tres ressourçant. Fontaine à eau à volonté.

Cons:

Plus de place au restaurant, pas possible de diner. Mais rien d'autre à signaler que ne n'ai pas apprécié.

Pros:

Beaucoup de prestations de qualité : restaurant, bar, salon de thé, piscine, boutique de produits locaux, spa, grand jardin, animaux de la ferme, concerts et ateliers… les espaces communs sont très bien décorés et équipés (jeux de société et fontaine à eau). La chambre est climatisée, spacieuse et bien décorée, machine à café/thé, TV avec chromecast, le rideau est bien occultant, la salle d’eau est grande et moderne, la literie est confortable, il y a même un espace extérieur. Le petit-déjeuner est de qualité : produits locaux, de saison et parfois maison.

Cons:

Certains espaces n’étaient pas climatisés et il y faisait beaucoup trop chaud malheureusement (restaurant/bar/salon de thé/salon de lecture et jeux). Il y avait un bruit de bourdonnement répétés la nuit. Dommage que la piscine extérieure n’ouvre pas avant 10h et ferme à 20h30 car en période de canicule on aurait beaucoup apprécié y aller en dehors de ces horaires.

A place in the country to truly relax.
Pros:

Room was very comfortable but unfortunately (I think there was some confusion because they wanted to upgrade me to a sea view) on the first floor with a balcony exposed to the sun. Clean, modern, air conditioned and great bathroom. There was no fridge/minibar but the coffee machine was good (pods). We ate at the restaurant one night - there wasn't really any choice but the food was very well prepared and it seems all the ingredients came from the farm. A lot of thought and effort went into the cooking. Breakfast was very good value for money and we loved that the eggs were fresh from the chicken and the spirulina yoghurt! The property itself is huge and if we had more time and it wasn't so hot we would have taken them up on their offer of a tour of the farm and vineyards. Flowers and trees and wildlife everywhere. Staff were lovely and friendly. Very handy from St Malo ferry (about 2.5 hour drive on good roads, no tolls). Good selection of wine (a few different muscadets - all superb - although they also make their own wine at the property. Seems to be quite accessible, with upper floors accessed by elevators, but walking distance between rooms and reception/restaurant and parking quite long.

Cons:

The wifi was terrible Signal was constantly weak, both in the room and communal parts, and kept disconnecting. The bar and restaurant are closed on Sunday evening. We had dinner at 1001 Degustations in Le Bernier-en-Retz which is about 10 minutes away by car, but would not have been possible without a designated driver (my wife).

We loved this hotel. Lots to do and see.
Pros:

The room was a bit small. But nicely decorated. The bathroom was very nice too. The AC worked great. Which is a big plus as we were staying there during a heatwave. We were on the ground floor and had nice terrace with a table and chairs. There was an event scheduled with food trucks and a band, for one of the nights, that took place in the garden. We were not expecting this. But we thoroughly enjoyed it. We even danced a bit.

Cons:

The restaurant was OK. There were only two (vegetarian) options available. It might have been nice to have a few more choices. But it was nice to be able eat outside. The second night there (Wednesday) the restaurant was closed due to the event in the garden. However, there were food trucks present for the event. A refrigerator in the room might have been nice to have too

Restaurant du jardin à l’assiette et petit déjeuner super !
