Location - close to everything (restaurants, ferry, etc.)!
Staff were helpful
Small fridge and fan provided (I like cooler rooms!)
Had a room with a jacuzzi tub

WiFi was iffy and shut me out a few time when watching movies--only hotel on my trip where I had this problem

Pros:

Bed was so super comfy. Great location. Sky TV.

Cons:

The door opening on to a balcony which was a wind trap and there was a constant rattling of wind through the air vent in the bathroom. Shower water was not hot enough.

Clean and great view of the harbour

Cons:

The front of the house lady was extremely rude and blunt not welcoming at all. Felt like she didn’t want to be there at all.
The lovely lady at the restaurant was just so welcoming, lovely service and was so hopeful when choosing what to eat. She would be better suited on the front of house position. Even when the other lady joined up at the restaurant was blunt and almost felt like she wanted everyone to be gone so she could be elsewhere.
10stars to the restaurant lady she made the place.
