Great room and price with all I needed before the morning ferry.
Pros:

Room, location, staff - all were fabulous.

Cons:

The company could consider changing its settings on this site as I booked it with the option to pay at the property. But then the poor staff had to communicate back and forward with me - while I was travelling so it was inconvenient - about my arrival time and needing to pay before I arrived as the office may be closed. Minor in the scope of things, but more efficient for everyone.

Pros:

This is our second time staying and it didn't disappoint us.Great place to stay with great location. Warm,clean and cosy.Comfy bed.Good size and a place to put your luggage.Didnt see the staff as we arrived late off the Ferry,but the key was put on the reception door and room was easy to find.Would stay again.

Pros:

Proximity to the ferry, the on-site restaurant, and very friendly staff. The bed was cozy and the price was right. Also, there is a stash of books in the guest laundry.

Cons:

The minor earthquake we had in the middle of the night, otherwise this hotel is great.

Comfortable, value for money but could be exceptional if a few changes are made
Pros:

Room was warm and comfortable, location was great to town centre

Cons:

Numerous light bulbs in the room were not working, the shower sprayed more on the wall that on me, TV is a little on the smaller side and there is no Netflix offering

Very grateful for the last minute booking which avoided dangerous frosty early morning drive.
Pros:

really close to ferry and also close to bush walk up in the hills.

Cons:

the fridge settling was so cold it froze the milk into a solid block of ice.
