Always clean,comfortable and great staff
The room was lovely and spacious. Room and bathroom were very clean. The staff were all amazing from the front desk to the cleaning staff to the breakfast and dinner crew. Really enjoyed our stay. we stayed there before and chose to stay there again this time based on our previous experience.
I am not sure if it's just me but I found the pillows to be a little uncomfortable. I am used to my memory foam pillows at home and seem to suffer with neck pain easily. However , this is just a minor issue for me. I still slept well.
Cheap and comfortable clean
Getting woken up by the people in the next room using the bathroom at 5am hearing the toilet lid getting slammed hearing the shower go on and the doors getting slammed. To light not dark enough to get a good sleep
The smorgasbord is amazing you have to dine! Statues & Artwork are conversations with a wine. The Devon is divine.
Carpark is confusing, paid parks? Free park?
Lovely friendly staff. The room was huge and very clean, with comfy beds and a TV. We didn’t use the pool or restaurant but would have loved to if we had stayed longer. Free onsite laundry and parking for guests!
A little out of the way of the main town. But super easy if you’ve got a car.

The total experience was great.
I misplaced my passport and Jamie went out of her way to help me find it. We searched all the rooms I had stayed in, looked everywhere Turns out it had fallen down a gap in the back of my rental. But nonetheless Jamie was super helpful. Give her a pay rise (just a thought)
