Pros:

The level of personal service was amazing, starting with the car parking valet when we arrived and with every other interaction we had with the staff. The hotel is very beautiful and tastefully decorated everywhere. Breakfast was top notch as was the quality of service at the spa.

Cons:

Not ‘didn’t like’, but the ladies spa is a bit far from where we stayed in the property. Also, in the ladies hot tub/jacuzzi - the ladder step broke as my wife was entering the water, causing some knee pain. Finally, the day we checked out, the hot water system was being serviced, so we could not use the shower that morning. Otherwise, it was a fantastic visit - we’ll come again.

Imposantes Hotel in zentraler Lage
Pros:

Imposantes und elegantes Hotel der bekannten Gruppe Mandarin Oriental mit sehr zuvorkommendem und höflichem Personal.
Von unserem Zimmer sehr schöne Aussicht, manche Zimmer haben gar keine Aussicht.
Absolut schalldichte Balkontür
Exzellenter Zimmerservice

Cons:

Der Balkon ist nur ein französischer Balkon, man kann sich dort nicht bewegen, sondern nur rausschauen.
Leider war der Minibalkon auch nicht sauber sondern mit Taubendreck verschmutzt, ebenso die Wege in Richtung Rezeption.
