سيئة و محفوفة بالمخاطر
Pros:

مكاني صراحك كل ما انزل للرياض انا وعائلتي وعاجبني نظافته والراحه لكن خاب ظني اخر مره وجيتي للرياض المره الجايه راح اشوف شي غيره ان شاء الله

عدم قدرة الموظفين على اداء عملهم وخصوصاً الڤاليه لانهم اخر مره ركبوا شناطي مع سياره ثانيه والمشكله كان معاها شنط خفيفه وفيها كل اغراضي الشخصيه والماليه ، ولولا امانة صاحب السياره الثانيه ولا كان اغراضي في مهب الريح مع العلم اني جلست انتظر كل العصر ما يقارب 4 ساعات مما ادى الى تاخير رحلتي ولعل في الامر خيره

الفندق جميل وفخم، والمكان بشكل عام راقٍ ومميز. لكن للأسف الخدمة أصبحت بطيئة مقارنة بالسابق، وهذا الشيء أثر على التجربة بشكل واضح. أتمنى تحسين سرعة الخدمة والمحافظة على مستوى الفندق المميز

Disappointing- poor value for money

Staff were friendly , Tariq (Butler) & June (Massage)

Cons:

Executive business suite booked- very disappointing as requested the corner suite, no effort was made to arrange this by the hotel
Nothing special in terms of complimentary gestures
Breakfast lacked variety
Short staffed, staff seen to be struggling to serve in breakfast area

فندق نظيف لكن تجربة الشاور سيئة

النظافة والعاملين

Cons:

الشاور سيء دفع الماء خفيف 👎🏻 مشكلة الادارة اذا سيطرت عليها عقلية تخفيف التكاليف.
المعطرات مزعجة.
فوط الشاور صغيرة وجودتها مو جودة فندق خمس نجوم.
