Muy buena ubicación, cerca de la plaza Independencia. Cama cómoda, ducha caliente. Los chicos en recepción nos dieron un trato excelente, amables y siempre con una sonrisa.
Habitación muy pequeña, baño diminuto. Toallas viejas, sin secador.

Leider funktionierte das WLAN während meines gesamten Aufenthaltes in meinem Zimmer nicht. Mir wurde, aber mitgeteilt, dass sie gerade Arbeiten am WLAN ausführen und es nachher wieder funktionieren sollte. Im Empfangsbereich funktionierte das WLAN ausgezeichnet.
La ubicació és ideal a prop del centre. Les habitacions son amples i agradables. El llit molt còmode i la dutxa funciona bé. El personal van ser molt atents en tot moment. No vam afagar esmorzar, però ofereixen una petita botiga on adquirir vegudes i alguna cosa de menjar, que s'agraeix.
Nosaltres vam arribar un diumenge tarda i l'hotel acollia una celebració al seu saló d'actes que feia molt soroll. Música molt alta. Tot i que la música se sentia poc a l'habitació les vibracions eren elevades. Per sort aquest tipus d'esdeveniments només tenen lloc els caps de semtana.

Tuvimos inconvenientes con el agua , directamente no había agua en la habitación y nos hicieron ir a bañar a otra habitación, aunque el gesto fue amable , el problema nunca se solucionó . Las toallas no estaban muy limpias y un poco rotas algunas. Y el tema de dejar la llave en recepción tampoco esta muy bueno
Hotel bem localizado e perto de tudo, supermercado, farmácias restaurantes. Funcionários super solícitos, quarto enorme e super limpo. Toalhas trocadas diariamente
Acústica dos quartos é ruim, quem sobe é quem desce da pra escutar tudo. Café da manhã exatamente igual todos os dias, seria bom variedades ao menos nas frutas.
Me gustó todo,la comodidad del hotel,el desayuno,la ubicación y el personal que nos atendió maravillosamente.

Le falta renovacion a los baños y a los muebles. El desayuno es muy basico.. solo manteca y mermelada . No habia opciones
