Good location in center of town.

Une belle découverte suite à une erreur d’Expedia.. l’hotel est bien situé et propre, le check in s’est bien passé même si tout se faisait à distance sans personne à la réception.

Propiedad con recepción virtual fácil con interfono hay que estacionarse en el estacionamiento subterráneo de PKAZA DE ESPAÑA primero y caminar 150 mts al hotel

Très difficile à trouver, le GPS envoie à plusieurs centaines de mètres de l'hôtel ! Il de trouve en fait à proximité immédiate de la place centrale (Esoana)
Très calme.
Parking couvert près de la place
Peu de restaurant à proximité

Estuve dos noches y todo bien, no hay recepcionista presencial, en el tiempo que estuve no lo vi,pero te lo resuelven todo por un telefonillo , no tuve ningún problema por eso. Muy buena ubicación, tranquilo y bonito.

Solo pasamos una noche pero la habitación estaba bien, todo limpio y sin ruidos.
Está ubicado entre calles estrechas por lo que recomiendo aparcar en el parking de la Plaza España que está al lado y te hacen descuento por estar alojados en el hotel.

La chica de recepción nos atendió bien pero en cuanto a la habitación, deja mucho que desear...Aunque las camas fueron cómodas,no pudimos dormir debido al ruido en el techo debido a los motores o calderas. Estaría bien que aislaran mejor la última planta o sustituir los motores por otros silenciosos que no pararon ni de dia ni de noche así como del calor que hacía aún estando apagada la calefacción y con 9° fuera( según la chica debido a que da el sol durante todo el dia) por lo que tuvimos que estar con la ventana abierta aunque estaba bastante sucia tanto el riel como el poyete y no de 1 o 2 días. En cuanto al baño,tuvimos que compartir una mini pastilla de jabón que era lo que había y para la ducha tenian un bote de jabon de manos vacío.No volvimos a ver a nadie en recepción para preguntar por ello por lo que nos tuvimos que aguantar con lo que había. Creo que son detalles que deberían cuidar más.

Establecimiento funcional.

Everything OK, except 3 things:
1. TV is laptop size.
2. Door locks are too hard and produce a tremendous noise when shut.
3. Price (60 EUR) is rather high for a low season, when the hotel is practically empty.

Limpio y silencioso

Hotel right in the heart of the city of Ecija, perfect location. Our room was clean and very comfy. Everything worked perfectely. We didn´t have breakfast included but very close by there are plenty of bars and cafes. Lovely building inside and nice lounge.

The bathrooms does need to change a bit, take out the bath and add a shower...

The only thing going for this place is the location. No restaurant / bar or nice seating area. The room and bathroom were cramped and dated. The lift was filthy.
When the photos were taken I don't know.

When I look for a hotel in a town I do not know...two things are important.
1. location, near centre, easy to find.
2. parking, and I do not mean side of a narrow street, where you will find one side of your car gone next morning...ok slight exageration.
I find that a lot of reviews omit these important factors.
With reference to above, hotel Plateria was quiet difficult to find, I was not looking for any hotel in particular, just wandered about on foot.
Parking was excellent in open car park for €2 overnight.
Hotel was very good, no view from bedroom, I however slept most of time I was in it so it did not matter.
Staff were really good fun.

Room was pokey with a view of nothing.

This was a Monday so restaurant closed as were most other places to eat or drink in Ecija.

I am sure I read a report which said Ecija was the loveliest town in Andalucia, the author should get out more.

So, if visiting Ecija on a Monday, take sandwiches.

What a great no nonsense hotel..we got a great Internet deal..
Situated in beautiful narrow streets..old town ..very atmospheric.
Clean and functional...very friendly and helpful staff.
A real taste of Spain

I stayed here for a few nights with my Spanish partner. Room was nice, hotel quiet and the tapas bar next to it served the best ham I;ve eaten. Did have to ask for fresh orange juice rather than carton, but other than that nothing to complain about. Owner was warm and friendly.

Having never been to Ecija before we were not sure to expect, Hotel Plateria is is a fantastic location near the center of Ecija as well as fairly close to the bus station. Even though my Spanish is non existent, Marta and her team were a great help in helping us with everything, the hotel is also well maintained and looked after, I would recommend hotel Plateria any time.
