Magnifique hôtel avec emplacement idéal et accueil exceptionnel
Pros:

D'emblée, l'accueil que nous a réservé Alma fut très chaleureux et exceptionnel et ce fut le cas tout le long de notre séjour. Nous avons rarement vu pareil enthousiasme. Le bâtiment abritant l'hôtel possède un style hybride, à la fois austro-hongrois et inspiré de l'art islamique. La propreté y est remarquable. Les chambres, décorées avec soin, proposent des surfaces confortables. Le petit-déjeuner est riche et varié et le personnel réapprovisionne continûment les plateaux. Quant à l'emplacement, il est idéal, à proximité du quartier ottoman, cœur battant de Sarajevo. C'est la première fois que j'ai l'intention de réserver le même hôtel lors d'une prochaine visite.

Nel Cuore di Sarajevo
Pros:

Piscina e palestra veramente TOP, la posizione è perfetta per girare Sarajevo completamente a piedi, la colazione presenta sia dolce sia salato di qualità media, stanza pulita, letto molto comodo, voto 10 alla Signora della reception molto gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Penso che la colazione sia migliorabile soprattutto per esempio sugli yogurt e dovrebbero aumentare un pochino la qualità dei prodotti offerti. Prezzo comunque alto per la media degli hotel di Sarajevo ma se si volesse andare sul sicuro lo consiglierei sicuramente e ci tornerei.

Frukosten var jätte bra, likaså personalen var underbar. Hotellets läge var perfekt. Gymmet på hotellet är också ett riktigt gym och inte typiskt hotellgym,

Great stay in Sarajevo
Pros:

Perfect location. Spacious apartment with a great view from the terrace. Very comfortable bed. Large living room and bathroom. This was a great stay!

Our room was very hot. Probably the system had already been changed to heating mode...

Konumu, personeli ve kahvaltısı güzel bir tatil geçirmemizi sağladı.
Pros:

Otelin merkezi konumu, keyifli bir sokakta olması çok iyiydi. Otel yetkilisi Alwa güleryüzü ve yardımseverliğiyle gönlümüzü kazandı. Kahvaltı oldukça başarılıydı. Grupça geldiğimiz tatilimizde çok doğru bir tercih yaptığımızı düşünüyoruz:)

Pros:

Lage direkt in der Altstadt, man ist sofort "im Leben". Freundliche Begrüßung bei der Anreise. Zimmer unter dem Dach, angenehm gestaltet. Das Frühstück war gut und vielfältig.

Cons:

Sanierung bei laufendem Betrieb ist schwierig... Lautes Brummen auf Grund offener Tür zur Heizung und Geruch im Bad

Excellent property, fantastic location and even better staff
Pros:

Excellent location right in the heart of Sarajevo and a large room with great facilities but the staff is what really made the difference. The gentleman (unfortunately I did not get his name) and Alma at reception went above and beyond in their service to help me enjoy my stay, providing me with recommendations on what to do in the city (including food recommendations). Alma in particular went out of her way to get me some breakfast items from the buffet during preparation as I had an early morning check out meaning I had missed the breakfast buffet, but still made sure I could have something to eat before leaving. This was a very nice touch and greatly appreciated given the early morning rush. Thank you Alma for your service and kindness!

Cons:

Very minor issue was the water pressure of the shower was a bit weak for my liking but that is more of a preference thing than anything - enjoyed every other aspect of the stay.
