Great location, good value for money, wonderful staff
Pros:

Great hotel at a great location in the heart of a beautiful city. Staff were patient, kind, and warm through the stay. Breakfast was delicious.

I did not use the gym or the pool, but I'm sure those are doing well.

Very disappointing experience for a four-star hotel.
Cons:

The biggest issue was the parking. Before our arrival, I contacted the hotel to ask about parking and was assured it would be available for an additional fee. However, upon arrival, there was no parking available at all. We were sent from one parking garage to another, only to find every option full. After driving around Sarajevo for nearly an hour, we eventually had to find parking on our own. This was frustrating and, in my opinion, misleading.

Unfortunately, this was not the only disappointment. The reception staff was polite, but overall the service lacked warmth and professionalism. At breakfast, nobody greeted guests, while staff members stood together chatting loudly.

Breakfast itself was below expectations. The hot food (eggs, pancakes, sausages) was cold, the coffee machine was out of service, and the bread and croissants did not taste fresh.

Cleanliness was also questionable. The room was not cleaned to the standard expected of a four-star hotel, and the spa area appeared poorly maintained and not particularly clean. The elevator also felt old and unreliable, so we chose to use the stairs most of the time.

Considering the room rate and the hotel’s four-star rating, I expected a significantly higher standard. The location is excellent, but that alone cannot compensate for poor maintenance, disappointing service, misleading communication regarding parking, and the overall lack of attention to detail.

I honestly struggle to understand how this hotel maintains its four-star rating.

Clean and comfortable room in good location with pool
Pros:
