The staff go above and beyond to make you feel welcome – their hospitality really stands out. Location is also convenient, with easy access and simple to get an Uber.

Highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a memorable and relaxing.

I had an outstanding three-night stay at Rosewood Jeddah. The service was impeccable, and the ambiance was truly luxurious. A special highlight was Chef Remond, whose culinary expertise made every meal unforgettable. His attention to detail and passion for flavors elevated the dining experience to another level. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone seeking top-tier hospitality and exceptional cuisine.

Overall, the experience is exceptional food, treatment, service, welcoming. I would like to thank Ahmad, Shahd, and Chef Mowafaq. They have excellent staff. It was absolutely an amazing experience. I do recommend it to anyone who is seeking for classic and quiet place.

We requested roll away bed for our room that was not clean it made my skin break out, now i have these red spots all over my body that i will def get checked out by my doc now that i am back in u.s , i showed the front desk and all they said was we will change the bed.

The location was unique

The staff did extra little things for us which was most appreciated. The view from the rooftop restaurant is very special but on windy days, guests would be well advised to bring a hat and jacket. The only drawback is the location of the hotel as most everything in the immediate vicinity is either closed or under construction.

My husband and I are very fussy when it comes to buffets and food but the dinner was excellent. It was international food and it has literally everything you can crave. We asked about the name of the chef and his name is Fattah. The waitresse Merhama and the waiter Genmar were so friendly and so helpful, excellent service. Very impressed. Keep the hard work

Amazing hotel with amazing staff

The hotel, restaurant, and rooms were good and the service was exceptional. However, I was disappointed to find the pool out of service during my stay, with no sun loungers available to enjoy the rooftop. I had specifically chosen this hotel to relax and unwind, but it took 48 hours to make the rooftop functional. This was frustrating, especially since I couldn’t access the beach either, which made the trip to Jeddah feel somewhat unfulfilling. Not the standards from Rosewood Hotels.

It’s an older hotel. The location and services are good. However it’s not your modern hotel stay.

From the moment you step into this hotel, you can sense the hospitality and warm welcome. The receptionist was very helpful, providing information about Jeddah's landmarks and best sightseeing spots.

I stayed in a standard superior room and was pleasantly surprised by its spaciousness. The room was impeccably clean, very comfortable bed, and the fruit basket and box of cookies were a delightful treat. The butler, Mr. Gopal, was exceptionally cooperative and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable.

The bathroom was well-equipped, and the shower exceeded my expectations. There was no need to ask for an upgrade, as the room was outstanding. Attention to detail was evident, with amenities like an in-room adaptor and a touch screen interface for various services.

The breakfast and lunch buffet were extensive, offering a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, you feel very warmly welcomed when staying at this exceptional hotel.
