Las habitaciones son hermosas y tiene cada una su terraza para salir a ver unas vistas maravillosas. Lo menos bueno (no necesariamente malo) es que las sillas de madera para sentarse a pasar ese hermoso momento frente a las montañas, son bastante incómodas. El resto, una belleza

Clean, well located, art hotel with spacious rooms
Pros:

Fantastic restaurant to have dinner in the evening. The food was fresh and the fusion menu tasty! Hot shower and immensely quick laundry service. Easy located just off the main road. Cute Alpacas in the garden, very spacious grounds and well maintained property. The art across the inside of the entire hotel was impressive and gave the place a special touch!

Cons:

Breakfast was the same every day, lacked variation. Most reviews mentioned this but the hotel didn’t improved it unfortunately.

Most people in the bar, restaurant and reception did not smile at all, really strange like most didn’t enjoy their job. They came across cold! A simple hello, goodbye and genuine smiles would have made the difference. All the cleaning ladies were fantastic, so friendly and so kind! The contrast was evident

fue muy corta. voy a volver seguramente. es un lugar hermoso. costoso pero es entendible

el lugar es increible el resto tambien. y de buena atencion en el restó

Cons:

no fue muy amable la señora que nos atendio en la recepcion. aclaro que no fue irrespetuosa ni mucho menos. fue correcta pero se la notaba como parca o mas bien desentendida. pero no estuvo mal.

Muy buen hotel, le faltan pocos detalles para ser excelente.
Pros:

Buen servicio, el personal muy atento, las instalaciones del hotel muy buenas; lastimosamente el SPA (sauna, jacuzzi) no esta funcionando.

Cons:

El wifi no es bueno, a medida que iban llegando los huespedes la calidad de la señal de internet iba degradandose hasta el punto que se colgaba permanentemente.

Rooms were spacious and tidy. Beds of good quality. The restaurant was excellent. Massage availability.

Cons:

Internet worked poorly. Pool not heated. Rooms should have free water readily available. Now guests get a small bottle per room at 8 pm
