Demetriou Paradisos Hills

There aren’t enough words to describe the magic of this property. We arrived after 22:00 in full darkness and woke up to the sounds of birds with a gentle breeze coming through the double doors on the balcony looking out over the mountains to the Mediterranean Sea. You eat breakfast overlooking the pool on a covered stone patio. Breakfast items vary from eggs and bacon to homemade apple cake and bread to freshly picked grapes and figs. The owners are incredibly attentive and friendly. I brought a pomegranate down to eat one morning and they brought me another bowl of a different kind. The next morning they had a bowl of freshly cleaned pomegranates so I didn’t have to pick my own. There is wildlife everywhere and the peacefulness and tranquility of the location is the stuff of dreams. The pool is incredible with the same view out to the sea. I have never stayed in a more relaxing, breathtaking and friendly location. Do yourself a favor and stay here, you will never forget it

We loved our stay in this friendly family-run hotel. It helps very much if you contact them just before your trip to let them know at what time you will arrive. We arrived at 10pm on a November evening and struggled to find the hotel. Online maps are not totally accurate. Daylight is definitely easier. When we finally arrived Nicky could not have been more welcoming and offered us supper despite the lateness of our arrival. Our room was clean and warm. This is a comfortable hotel in a remote and beautiful spot. The welcome was outstanding. We loved our visit and plan to go back again. Views from the hotel are wonderful. Breakfast on the patio was a delight. The hosts gave us good ideas of where to visit each day. Thank you Demetriou Paradisios Hills.

A lovely hotel in a lovely location run by lovely people.

Excellent location, clean environment, friendly staff

This is the most amazing small hotel we have ever stayed in. We spent 4 nights here in a gorgeous room with a sensational view over the mountains. Every night a blazing fire was lit and Nikki cooked us a delicious dinner of her specialities. Soula ,her sister, also was a perfect hostesss making sure we had everything we needed and more. There are some great walks and wineries a short drive away. Paphos can be reached in 45 minutes so why not stay here and drive into Paphos for the day. You will love the peace and the beauty that has been created here.

Enjoyed swimming in picturesque pool on hot day! Saw owls fly past early morning and smell of jasmine from bedroom balcony. Very clean rooms with Cypriot character.

Lovely quiet location with outstanding views and rural atmosphere. Beautiful pool and a great place to relax. Very well positioned for beaches along the north coast and also to visit Triodes mountains/ Akamos/ Paphos and plenty to do.
Thoroughly recommend but do consult a map as it's quite hard to find!
You will need a hire car if staying for more than a day or two.

This a friendly, comfortable hotel in beautiful countryside. The owners are friendly and helpful, the food is good Cypriot fare and the pool is great. You need a car to explore the historic sites and beaches.

The owners could not be more accommodating - this is one of the friendliest hotels imaginable and without intrusion you are immediately made to feel at home. Good home cooking and wonderful views. This was a stop off for one night but next time we will simply be stopping for much longer. Excellent value too.

This is he ideal place to get away from it all, but have it all at the same time. The food is amazing with quality and quantity to suit all. The family owners are extremely accommodating and friendly and give the place that special feel. This is more than a business to them. The views are among the best in Cyprus and the tranquility of Paradisos Hills Hotel make it a simply beautiful place. I would happily live here for the rest of my days. We will be back.

We enjoyed 3 nights at Demetriou Paradisos Hills. Well away from the more commercial areas near the coast, we appreciated the peace and quiet and relaxed atmosphere. Situated high up in the hills, our balcony looked out over rolling countryside and in the distance, the northern coast of Cyprus. Ideally situated for walking in the Troodhos mountains or just chilling out beside the pool. The owners are delightful and make you feel very much at home.
