Pros:

The hotel is old, well, very old.

I chose this hotel because I came from Huangshan, where I lived in a hotel of the same chain. The only thing I liked about this hotel was the price and the girls at the reception. They also didn't know English like everywhere else in China, but they were active, and with the help of a translator, we solved the problems of understanding. They upgraded my room, but it turned out to be smoky, just like in Huangshan. I didn't want to spend another night in a smoky JI, so they changed it for me. Thank them for that. There's nothing else good here. A time-worn hotel with smoky rooms...

Cons:

In principle, you cannot pay with a credit card. I couldn't get a Kazakh Visa or a Russian Agricultural Bank UnionPay. The same thing happened in Huangshan. The girls seemed to be blowing the dust off the card reader... They haven't used it for a long time, they said. You need AliPay or WeChat, but you can't install them without a Chinese SIM card... Dirty room in good location
Pros:

We had a place to sleep and a private bathroom in a good location

Cons:

When we arrived our reservation was cancelled. It was hard to communicate as the staff barely spoke English. A staff member found a free room, so we could stay in the hotel. That was a mistake. The hotel was dirty. You could see cigarette ends on the floor in the lobby. In the room we could feel the odor of cigarettes. The room was not clean.

Nice hotel in a good location but watch out for not so fresh bed sheets.
Pros:

The ladies at the reception desk are very friendly, helpful and responsive. There is a free washing machine on the first floor, you only need to buy detergent. I didn't detect any cockroaches or other unpleasant bugs. There was a short circuit in my room during my last evening and they provided me with another room for the night free of charge. You don't need a taxi to get here from Wanshou Palace subway station since it's a 10 min walk on one street.

Cons:

There was more than one black long hair on the bed. It's likely that they don't change the bedsheets after each guest. Bring your own bed sheets or check the bed carefully before you sleep on it.

必要不可欠な設備・備品等がコンパクトに要領よくまとめられており、値段を考えるとお勧めのホテルです。市内の主要観光地へも歩いていけますし、スタッフの態度にも好感が持てました。テーブルも広く、ＰＣ環境も整っているので、仕事をすることもできました。

Pros:

Being repainted while we stayed, so should be better soon. Clean, and good value for the price, and fine if you want a bog standard hotel. But nothing more than that.
