I was there for a business trip and the hotel is perfect. Good location, nice breakfast and facilities like gym are good too.
The staff is excellent! Ismail, Boran and Burhan helped me a lot during my stay and are super kind.
My experience has been totally positive

I highly recommend this hotel. My stays here have been consistently excellent. The rooms are superbly clean, the service is perfect, and the staff is incredibly welcoming and attentive. The location near the Zurlu Center is a major advantage, lending a pleasant "vacation spirit" to the stay. Considering the outstanding quality and highly competitive room prices, this hotel offers exceptional value. Highly recommended.

Absolutely the Worst Hotel Experience of My Life – Avoid at All Costs!*

I’ve stayed in many hotels around the world, but this was by far the worst and most traumatic experience I’ve ever had. The hotel is *extremely old, filthy, and completely misrepresented* in the photos online. What was shown as a clean, modern room turned out to be the total opposite — *dirty, outdated, and in unacceptable condition*.

The most horrifying part was that *dirty wastewater from the upstairs bathroom was leaking into the bathroom of our room*, creating a disgusting and unsanitary situation that no one should have to endure. It was not only unpleasant but clearly a *serious health hazard*.

Despite informing the staff, the issue was not properly addressed. Instead of offering a genuine solution, we were moved to another room which turned out to be even worse.

This experience caused *tremendous stress and anxiety*, especially for my wife who was staying alone in a foreign country and doesn’t speak the local language. Instead of a peaceful stay, it turned into a nightmare.
I would *never recommend this hotel to anyone*, and I strongly advise Booking.com to reconsider working with such a poorly managed and deceptive property.

*This hotel should be investigated and held accountable.* It has left us with an unforgettable negative memory, and I will be pursuing further action to recover the financial and emotional damages caused.

Not a hotel I’d normally stay at I only chose it because it was close to my hair procedure. The staff clearly judge guests by appearance. The room was dark even with all the lights on, and our view was of another building’s windows.

When I asked the concierge for help getting a taxi to Bebek Waterfront, he pointed me to a driver who rudely refused. Minutes later, I saw the same concierge personally escort a well-dressed woman to that very taxi. I was casually dressed due to my procedure, but that’s no excuse for such treatment. Very disappointing.

Gayrettepe metrosuna yakın bir mesafede ve temizliği gayet güzel. Otelin kahvaltı da gayet güzeldi. Sadece yol tarafına bakan odalarda biraz ses olabiliyor, ses konusunda çok çok hassassanız iç taraftan oda istemenizi tavsiye ederim. Onun dışında bence ses de çok rahatsız etmiyordu.
