Regarding Item Postage and Delivery

用事を済ませてからでしたのでチェックインが遅めのお時間になりましたが、まだドーナツがあり楽しみにしていたので嬉しかったです。コーヒーも側にありありがたいウェルカムサービスでした！ 近くにコンビやお店沢山ありました！
ルームウェアが部屋になく、フロントに伺い取りに行きましたが、本来はお部屋にセットしてあるものだったようでした。

Bon quartier bien situé et animé. La chambre est bien conçue et tout est fonctionnel ! Tout y est...bonne literie et salle de bain parfaite.
Il y a des petits plus comme des viennoiseries tous les soirs avec machine à café ou thé à discrétion ! Buanderie sensass !

Abbiamo soggiornato in questo hotel durante il nostro viaggio in Giappone per due notti differenti e ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene con entrambe le stanze.
La pulizia era impeccabile, tutto sempre in ordine e curato nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo la presenza dei servizi offerti, come pigiami e kit completi davvero comodissimi.
Le stanze erano spaziose, cosa non così scontata in Giappone, quindi per noi è stata una piacevole sorpresa. Anche con i bagagli ci siamo sempre mossi senza problemi.
Nel complesso siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti del soggiorno e lo consigliamo assolutamente.
I like the Akasaka neighbourhood, small and somehow cosy, hidden from large roads, yet its easy to take the metro to other central areas of Tokyo. I like the small touches from the hotel - e.g. bringing donuts or other free sweets in the evenings, free coffee at the lobby etc. Staff is always helpful and nice.
The hotel is starting to have a little bit "tired" feel to it. The cleanliness level is not what you get used to in other spaces in Japan. It's not dirty, but there's a feeling that the cleaners are not doing as thorough work as they could, dust on the curtain rods in the bathroom etc. Also, in one of the rooms I stayed, the carpet had a hole in it.
Lokalizacja idealna. 2 minuty od metra i parę minut od punktu zbiórek wycieczek lokalnych ( Shibuya) kilkanaście minut piechotą od pałacu cesarskiego.
Śniadanie to tylko jeden tost. Dla porównania hotele sieci Art Hotel oferują za 2 razy mniejsze pieniądze śniadanie na poziomie światowym. ( wybór z dziesiątków potraw)
