Regarding Item Postage and Delivery
- The hotel cannot accept nor store any commercial goods, including goods purchased online (packages, boxes, bags, cartons, gifts or similar items) unless the recipient is registered and is staying at the hotel.
- Any delivery purchased online and arriving at the hotel during the guests' stay must be accepted and signed by the guest in person. The hotel cannot take any liability for payment, damage or loss of the delivery item on behalf of the guest.
- The hotel does not feature any storage space. Please notify the hotel in advance of the quantity of items expected and of any large-size items.
- For disposal of bulk items or large quantities of packaging / wrapping material the hotel reserves the right to charge additional fees.

Ideal location, close to the MRT station. Great laundry facilities & the free doughnuts & coffee in the reception were a lovely treat!

I enjoyed my stay at b Akasaka. The hotel staff spoke good English to help with the check-in process. The room was small, which is to be expected for Japan. Everything was very clean and tidy, and I appreciate the bidet in the bathroom. The lobby has a machine to get coffee and hot water. I love how close the hotel was to the Akasaka-Mitsuke. It was easy to get anywhere in Tokyo I wanted to see. The area around the hotel is also great to explore.

Good location in between two metro stations and close enough to walk to the Imperial Palace.
Small rooms with not much space to have a suitcase open, and low bathroom ceiling and mirror so I was bending over to be able to see myself.

Emplacement très pratique à proximité de plusieurs grands quartiers de la ville (Shibuya, Shinjuku, Ginza). La chambre n'est pas très grande mais offre quand même un espace acceptable. Le personnel est charmant et le prix raisonnable.
Le petit-déjeuner inclus dans la formule est proposé dans le café limitrophe. C'est bon mais limité à un oeuf dur, un sandwich (chaud ou froid) et une boisson. Quelques viennoiserie ou du pain seraient un vrai plus.
Super convenient location. 1-min walk away from Aksaka mitsuke station. Lively neighborhood with lots happening around. Staffs were friendly and room was clean
The bathroom constantly got a sewage smell. But strong but definitely cannot be ignored. There was an air purifier in the room so we had it on the whole time.
