Pros:

Reception is well designed and staff are proactively helpful. The room was spacious and had good aesthetics. I was offered free water and snacks - a nice touch. Way better value than Residence Inn on the same dates

Cons:

Street noise (sirens) but this is Manhattan!

A luxurious and comfortable hotel in a great location!
Pros:

We arrived for a night between hotels and the location is great! On the New York Library, our room was large, luxurious and clean. The room had a high ceiling that gave it a luxurious feel! We arrived for our honeymoon and the excellent staff spoiled us with champagne and chocolate-covered
strawberries!

Windows can be opened.

For the short time we were there - I couldn't find anything I didn't like.

The room was spacious and clean.
Perfect location in Manhattan.

Cons:

Our room was on the 3rd floor and strangely we had to take two elevators-change to a different elevator located on the 2nd floor after walking down the long narrow hall way.
It was a bit exhausting. We felt unwelcome.
