We would stay there again.
Pros:

Location was convenient, about 6 blocks from town. Staff was very nice and helpful. It was nice having the swimming pool. They offer filtered water. Fairly close to stores and restaurants. We never needed to take a taxi. Air conditioning and a fan in the room. Nice hot water for showering.

Cons:

The noise from the street and the bar was a little loud, but it didn’t bother us too much. There’s no security safe in the room, but the hotel seems very safe.

Exactly what they described! Amazing support by the personnel
Pros:

The hotel is very close to downtown. Next to it, there are several services: Drugstore, groceries, restaurants. But the most important highlight is the hotel personnel! They were amazingly kind and gentle with us! My partner got sick and they were always helping me during this.

Receptionist molto gentile e accogliente, pulizia da rivedere!!

Unica nota positiva la cordialità della ragazza alla reception! Molto gentile nell’ aiutarci con la presenza di un geco in stanza e nel fornirci informazioni turistiche.
Posizione comoda vicina al centro e al molo.

Cons:

Stanza troppo vicina alla reception, si sentivano tutte le chiacchiere! Musica ad alto volume fino a tarda notte proveniente da un locale vicino quindi impossibile dormire bene. La finestra in stanza da sulla via quindi bisognava tenere le tende oscuranti sempre chiuse altrimenti i passanti vedono tutto quindi stanza buia con bisogno di accendere le luci anche di giorno. Parecchio umida.
Passando sopra alle precedenti note negative che alcune poco dipendono dall’hotel (musica, umidità), la cosa peggiore è stata la pulizia al nostro arrivo.
Molto probabilmente al nostro arrivo non sono state fatte le pulizie in stanza e non sono state cambiate le lenzuola, in quanto ho trovato parecchi capelli soprattutto nel cuscino tanto che ho dovuto mettere una maglietta sopra per poterci dormire tranquilla.
Presenza nella doccia appena fatto check in di insetti e vermetti nonché la prima sera prima di coricarci ci siamo accorti esserci un geco in stanza.

Agradable!
Pros:

Me gustó el wifi, la alberca, la atención del personal. Todos muy amables.

Cons:

No me gustó que en la contra esquina está un bar y en las noches ponen su música alta. No pude dormir (soy muy especial para dormir y con el ruido me costó dormir)

We enjoyed out stay, and the little decorations the staff do with the towels are fun and it all makes for a fun atmosphe

Gran atención
Pros:

La atencion del personal fue magnifica, muy atentos y nos ayudaron con todo (hasta nos dijeron cuanto deberia salirnos el taxi hasta el ferry para que no nos cobren de más). El hotel está bien ubicado y fácil de llegar desde el puerto del ferry. Volveremos!

Merci à Rosi pour ses ''origamis'' de serviette magnifique, bravo. Personnel compétent, serviable et souriant. Le ménage est fait tout les jours, bonne pression à la douche. Un plus serait d'ajouter une assiette de fruits au petit déjeuner.

Have stayed at La Casona Real several times for SCUBA diving trips to Cozumel. The property is ideal for travelers that spend the majority of their time out doing activities during the day and enjoying the local restaurants in the evening. Ideally located and within walking distance of the Ferry Terminal and the majority of San Miguel 👌
