CAOS EN RECEPCIÓN Y MALAS FORMAS DE LA MUJER QUE ME TENDIÓ

El balance es muy negativo. Para empezar una discursión por querer pagar por adelantado , todo el enfado venía porque debí hacerlo por su propia web y no por la de booking e insistian en que lo dejaban claro en las condiciones que no se podía pagar por adelanta, cuando por más que leo en booking no pone nada... una locura! primera vez que un hotel me hace esto por querer pagar antes.Lo peor fueron las malas FORMAS de la señora que me atiende en recepción. Era algo normal y fácil de solucionar y la persona optó por entrar a criticar que mi reserva fuera por Booking y no a través de su propia web. Fatal!!!

Cons:

el trato de la recepcionista. Un trato pésimo , en varias ocasiones reconduje la conversación que se convirtió en discusión absurda , con "OK , ¿Me puede ayudar o no?" porque parecía que solo quería descargar su mal día en mi. En esa discusión le dije repetidamente que yo reservaba para otra persona y cuando llegó la persona al hotel , no la dejaron pasar !! A pesar de que en la reserva que hago pongo claramente en Nombre , no la dejan porque la reserva esta hecha con mi perfil.
En mi primera llamada, la señora tampoco me avisó de esto que, pudo evitar que esta retención en el checking! Bastante mal esto también. A pesar de que envío una imagen de la reserva donde sale el nombre del huésped y el número de reserva para que lo verifiquen, me hacen enviar más docs. cumplimentados; papeleo que no me parece nada bien.

Heel gehorig. Zelfs de lift kon je goed horen, iedere paar seconden. Geen zitje op het balkon.

El bar, las camareras desagradables, bajamos 8:10 nos dijeron q los desayunos todavía no se podían poner, el café en vaso de cartón estando sentadas dentro ni siquiera fuera. Muy desagradable
