Schönes Hotel aber wir kommen nicht mehr !
Pros:

Die gute Lage zur Verkehrsanbindung Frühstück war mittelmäßig der Pool schön aber laut

Cons:

Das Personal an der Rezeption war teilweise sehr unfreundlich.
Wir kamen gegen 15 Uhr ins Hotel zurück und wollten in den Pool der war aber geschlossen. Nachdem wir an der Rezeption nach fragen war die Dame da sehr genervt und musste erst telefonieren , sie hatte glaube wir nicht gewusst wie sie das Problem lösen kann.

Bien placé pour visiter Charleston
Pros:

La propreté et l emplacement, le parking gratuit

Cons:

Le fait d avoir demandé une chambre deux lits double 8 mois a l avance et d avoir eu une chambre 1 double et 1 canapé lit pour 1 1/2 personne.. nos garçons font 1m80 c est donc compliqué de dormir a deux adultes dedans
L hôtel n a pas voulu nous dédommager, booking l’a fait, merci

Locatie, de bedden en het was schoon. Personeel was vriendelijk.

Cons:

Het zwembad was klein en tussen betonnen muren. Geen bar (nergens in het hotel).

Me encanto la ubicacion de este hotel, estaba cerca de todo lo que podía necesitar. Las habitaciones estan limpias y son comodas para hospedarse, sin duda alguna me volveria a quedar aquí. Además, envie un paquete que llegó antes de que yo hiciera el check in y me lo guardaron para darmelo al llegar. muy conforme

No hay nada que no me haya gustado, porque inclusive el personal se encargó de responder mis dudas antes de mi llegada y siempre respondieron en tiempo y forma

Beautiful spot smack in the middle of Charleston and beautiful beaches!
Pros:

The staff was so nice from my first to my last interaction! I felt very welcome and they knew I was a Hilton Rewards member. They checked on me throughout my trip to make sure everything was up to my standards and asked if there was anything they could do to make my experience better

Cons:

Honestly, I can't think of anything. The staff, facility, room, and amenities are all wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone I know. It was close to Charleston and the beaches in Mount Pleasant

1st room, tv didn't work. 2nd room, hall stinks from pot, room just stinks. Not enough towels. Ice machine out of order. Can't turn up sound on tv. And this is all on arrival. Will rethink Booking.com and Holiday Inn Express...
