A real hidden gem in Goa, three location is perfect, only 5 minutes walk from the beach where there are plenty of chilled beach shacks serving reasonably priced good and drinks, but the hotel is far enough away that it's totally peaceful at night and is very secure with a guard on duty 24/7.

The hotel itself is in a beautiful old heritage building and the staff all work incredibly hard to keep it clean and beautifully cared for, while our room was spacious and very comfortable.

However the standout for us was the staff, they did all they could to help us arrange a driver, clean our room, print documents we needed etc. It really was a 5 star experience and we would love to come back.

Characterful, friendly and charming hotel. Peaceful setting, rooms very clean. We had a bit of a problem with the hot water on arrival but they were quick to attend to this, and in fact moved us to a better room the next day. Taxi from airport all went to plan and they also organised a taxi for us onto our next destination. Breakfasts were fine with a choice of english style or Indian.

Worst breakfast in Goa. Slowest wifi in India. Unhelpful management. Don't bother wasting your money here.

Great little hotel. Clean, comfortable and spacious, very close to everything but far enough away to remain quiet. Lovely staff who really can’t do enough for you. Would have no reservation whatsoever to recommend this hotel. I will be returning next year.

The hotel is a wonderful escape from the dust and dirt of the outside the gate. It means you can experience true goa with the tuc tucs, cows, mopeds and dirt knowing that you will sleep in a clean bed with AC. The staff are so friendly and helpful and the pool area is kept clean and relaxing.
You can see the Portuguese influence and enjoy watching the fish peacefully swimming in the pool in the middle of the hotel.

Nice hotel but way over priced compared to other equally nice sites in area at less money.

This was a great little hotel, a little oasis hidden away in a beautiful kept garden with a lovely fountain. Gated access and a guard who was lovely. The food here and restaurant was excellent and I can recommend the pina collada. The swimming pool was a very good size, and a lot of the times we had it to ourselves.
For people who are not sure, please try this hotel, as once you have settled in and found what you like to eat etc you will not want to leave. The bedrooms are well equipped and spacious. One to resist time after time.

It was a great stay, the hotel is very cozy and exclusive. Room service is not too good, though, in terms of time taken.

Quiet hotel in good location which is close to beach and local shops/cafes/bars. Room spacious and clean. Breakfast ok, nothing special. Due to receive free bottle of wine on check in which never materialised - staff didn't some overly fussed in resolving.

Lovely hotel and room. Great bed, all very clean. Wifi, tv channels in room were poor. Breakfast buffet not great but cooked to order pancakes good

Very friendly staff comfortable hotel with gated entrance. Lovely garden with outside covered seating area perfect for breakfast.

The Hotel is nicely located - not very interior at the same time not in traffic and noise pollution. Great efforts taken by Hotel executives to ensure a clean surrounding. This is located at a nice area which has some life such as market, restaurants etc and hence easy to move around. Since we had a 'Rent a cab', we found it extremely comfortable to come and go out of the area.

We stayed in the hotel during the last week of April which is an off season for Goa as there are very less travelers (Indian and Foreigners both). The hotel was barely booked but the staff was still very alert, attentive and responsive in our needs during our stay. It was a complete homely experience for us during each and every encounter with the staff. Johnson the GM inquired about our stay almost everyday and the Bartender/Breakfast Server Babuli made sure we had everything what we asked for. Receptionists are very polite and helpful in every aspect needed. I have traveled almost 15 countries till now but this hotel leaves an good impression.

About the hotel: The hotel is a small homely cottage located 2 mins walk away from the Calangute Beach on one side and the main market on the opposite direction. My wife and I liked the location because it not on a busy road and thus maintains the calm and relaxing atmosphere. It is very well guarded and safe with a guard on duty at all times with the gates closed.
