Disappointing
Pros:

Good location

Cons:

Room smelt like the strongest air freshener spray that it was Intoxicating and gave us a headache as smell was so strong. What was it trying to mask??
Pillows super uncomfortable
Very small lounge so not comfort to lie back and relax at all.

The staff were exceptional, they were friendly and very helpful.
The location was good.
The room was clean & tidy.

Cons:

My husband & I are in our 70's so a shower over a high bath without a rail was never an option. Thankfully we live on the coast so we didn't bother showering before our departure.
There was only 1 small sound of soap in the room. There were no tissues in the room.
It was a cold night and we needed to turn the a/c up to 27* and even then it wasn't especially warm.
The bed & pillows were a little too firm for us.

Location near beach

Cons:

Lifts did not work very dirty apartment, filthy fridge, dirty floor, disgusting bathroom. Hairs etc. Yukkk!! Busy place, weird permanent residents and conference people

Pros:

The Location was awesome 5 minute walk to the Oasis Centre also handy to the Bus Exchange. The room met our needs as we requested two single beds. Really good pub next door with nice meals. Beach Hotel.

Great location. Reception staff were very friendly.

Cons:

Drainage in bathroom needs fixing. Balcony door doesn't lock. Took 3 requests and over 5hrs to get an extra blanket.
