Great location but rooms are quite disgusting.

Cons:

Rooms were not clean. Blankets in cupboards were filthy. Couldn’t open oven as fridge sits too far over. All needs a really good detail.

Bed, two put together single beds, very uncomfortable having the join between us. Pool with no privacy from foyer, so d8dnt go there, so could spa bath in the room was so small my knees were almost touching my chest. The information sheets in the room were filthy. The noise from outside traffic even though we were on the 6th floor was so bad I had to play white noise on my phone. No parking on site. The door number was written on the door with a pen. In the kitchen cupboards there was one of things such as a one flat plate. No breakfast on site.

Cons:

Our room was very outdated & dirty. Then bed linen was clean however the curtains had large crusty stains on them, the carpet was filthy (in fairness maybe just old). The lounge was stained. There was only one glass. There was spillage all through the tea and coffee box.

Pros:

Great location, close to restaurants, casino and entertainment centre. Good views. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed. Air con, balcony, kitchenette, tv and lounge. Convenient parking underneath.

Cons:

Room was very dated and in dire need of renovation. Overpriced for standard of room. No sustainable toiletries - single use only. No extractor fan in bathroom. Repairs needed to curtains, room divider, carpets, main door and walls. Mould in grout of shower tiles. $200 deposit required.

We stayed 4 nights and no room service to replenished tea,coffee or milk. And also had to pay $3 for a pool towel. We didn't get value for money that's for sure. Staff was nice

Cockroaches in room in evening
Really worn out and dated - marks on walls, terrible interior paint job, burn marks in carpet and couch.
No doona for the bed just gross thin blankets in the cupboard.
No lamps just harsh bright white overhead lights in each room.
It was so disappointing.
