Should have paid $50 more to stay next door

Very dated, the room needed a paint, the bathroom was dirty. There were no tissues or face cloths.

Horrible, left early
Cons:

Filthy, shabby, oven unusable due to filth. Lock on door missing.
Room stank of bleach, eye watering, had to open balcony doors.
Would of not stayed but did not arrive until late
Blankets not been washed.
Toilet spelt of urine
Oven was DISGUSTING, no way you would heat anything up.
Tired, old, rank and well below par.
I would request a FULL refund pls.
I also did not feel safe, did not get a photo but the lock on the inside of the door was missing, obviously been removed or smashed in.

Only things I liked was location, staff and bed was very comfy.

Cons:

Filthy room and filthy walls in bathroom. Carpet under bed not been cleaned for ages as caked in dust etc. Ants crawling over bench. Did report to office. No floor mat for shower, no face flannels, no teatowels but expected to leave everything clean. Told they not provided after asking for them. Really odd. Rubbish shute broken and all rusted. Looks lovely place from outside but definitely doesn't live up to that inside. Would not stay there again and can see now why similar reviews. Sad as have stayed in heaps of places and never encounted this type of accomodation.

Not worth paying so much money for such a bad room.

Close to the beach and tram station.

Cons:

The room wasn’t clean. The door to the outside balcony was broken. Dust on the furniture. The sheets had holes in it. The toilet brush holder was dirty. The plugs for the kitchen sink and bathtub were broken. We were two people and only one shampoo and one conditioner were provided. Only a few tea bags were provided. The drinking glasses are not the same and not the same size. The instructions in the bathroom on how to use the spa bath are incorrect. There is only one button to press.
