Pros:

Location is perfect, main shopping street just 1 min walk, subway also 1 min walk, and hotel located in old palace area, mean you can walk to most sightseeing places.

Cons:

Hotel is quite old, it is like 80s style old style hotel, toilet shower connect to basin water tap with no hot water.

I recommended this hotel to all my friends. Best stay in Shenyang.
Pros:

Location location location.
Best - 50 meters to the Zhongjie metro station Line 1
Right in the tourist district of Zhongjie. Best foodies around.
Walk to Mukden Palace Museum, that close.

Cons:

The reception staff were so unhelpful.
Hot water is switched off until 7AM. Can't take a shower at 6:30AM

Great Central Location
Pros:

Located within a world class shopping area, a wide variety of restaurants for food tastes, and a main hub for access to buses, subway and taxis. I spent twelve very comfortable nights at this hotel. The services they provide were very customer friendly.

◎瀋陽故宮まで徒歩10分程度
◎中街繁華街まで徒歩1分
個人的に、工商銀行に所用があったのですが、偶然ホテルの対面にあったりと都合は良かったです。

悪い点
△他の锦江之星グループホテルに比べると部屋の掃除が行き届いていない。
△設備が古い。

全体的、個人的には良かったと思います。
ただ、他の锦江之星に比べると残念な結果となります。
安くて、瀋陽故宮に行きたい等であれば選択肢としてはありかと。

店名与实际位置容易误导住客

位置其实是很好的，离地铁中街站很近。但店名说是故宫店，但实际与故宫相差很远，反而是另一家中街店离故宫更近些。

瀋陽の宿泊は1泊2日の観光目的です。故宮に近いのでこのホテルを選びました。地下鉄駅に近く各観光地へのアクセスは抜群です。部屋は思ってたよりとても清潔です。注意点：①蚊が居る（蚊取り器を常備してます。）②夜10時まで繁華街のアナウンスがうるさい。③英語が通じない。（当方は中国語は少し理解できる）この注意点が問題ない人であればリーズナブルで最適と思います。

Pros:

ホテルの部屋はビジネスホテルよりは少し広い程度で、清潔に保たれていた。お湯は２４時間問題なし。クリーニングは朝１０時までに出しても、翌日の夕方になってしまうので、スケジュールに気を付けるべし。コスパは良い方だと思う。

Good value for money hotel. Good location.
Pros:

Overall experience ok. Wifi in room worked 90% of the time and log in password is shown on room key sleeve. For 2.5 stars I consider good value for money. Location is excellent close to main mall and several tourist attractions in heart of Shenyang. Book in and book out quite swift and straightforward. Room heating was a little weak in winter with temperature 20 below zero outside.

Great Location, Great Price, but Nothing Fancy.
Pros:

This is a good centrally located hotel. There isn't much upkeep that goes into the place, but it was clean enough and stayed warm throughout the night. It's a great place to sleep, but not much more. One inportant thing to note is that there was no shortage of hot water which was great.
