Very comfortable and convenient stay for concerts at 3 arena. Feels very safe for solo female travel
Pros:

Room 438. Double room with single bed. Perfect for our stay to see Guns n roses. Breakfast was great. Room was spacious enough, quiet and comfortable. Staff were exceptional. Great location with parking and lots of food options.

More veggie options at breakfast.

Would definitely recommend this hotel. I had booked tickets for a show at 3 Arena and hotel just across from the square.
Pros:

Clean and comfortable, friendly staff. Food was delicious and great cocktails. Fantastic location for 3 arena and shopping centre also within walking distance.

Great location but let down by the bed!

Great location, friendly staff and great breakfast

Cons:

Our bed was noisy and sagged in the middle so we didn’t get a very good nights sleep

Gig Night Stay
Pros:

Hotel very clean & in a great location for the 3 Arena, Fairview Park gigs.

Cons:

Hotel bar closed at 11.45. TV turned off even though guests were watching the world cup. Very little atmosphere

A good stay over one night , the beds are comfortable and a powerful shower
Pros:

Clean rooms, lovely staff and a great breakfast

Cons:

Small rooms and needing a little upgrading

And although you have to pay for parking for 24 hours in the hotel, if you need to go out with your car , you need to pays to get out, which ridiculous

Welcome haven after overnight flight from the USA
Pros:

Right across the street from the 3Arena. Sadly there were no events during our stay June 13

Escalators and elevator

Check-in on 3rd floor

They let us check our bags that morning after our long overnight flight even though our rooms weren’t ready. And allowed us to store them again the next day after checkout so we could take in the city before heading out.

Desk staff BEYOND NICE!!!!

Nice food options with huge big screen so we could watch the World Cup games. Bar tenders very nice.

Cons:

Beautiful plants floor to ceiling line the escalators need some loving care. They are pretty weary.
