Nice place to stay
Pros:

It was very easy for the tram, polite, friendly, helpful staff, comfy bed, within walking distance of the venue we were going to. Overall it was a nice place to stay.

Cons:

One of the three escalators up kept breaking down, no sign at the bottom to give you a heads up. The first night, we went to the bar/restaurant for dinner, for some reason the music was so loud, it ruined the meal as we couldn't hear one another speak. Menu was a bit limited.

Pros:

I liked the location and the hotel

Cons:

The price of the breakfast for what your getting is a bit unfair and also the mini fridge in my room 331 stank of garlic which I hadn’t noticed before I put my drinks in which then were undrinkable as they tasted of garlic, there was also no bath mat provided in the hotel room where there was also a sign stating to use the bath mat provided so just as a safety thing that should be checked but other than these things my experience was good

We enjoyed our weekend, my son and myself and the breakfast and the restaurant staff very helpful thank you very much. W

Hey lovely big and spacious room lovely shower and the bed were very comfortable

Cons:

Nothing really just small amounts of tea and coffee. I know you can get it from the restaurant but in the room itself very very small small amounts.
