Pros:

This is a good quality Chinese Hotel with very polite and helpful staff catering primarily for Chinese people so communicating in English is limited but works. The attached restaurant offers an excellent Chinese breakfast buffet for a nominal cost. The room is spacious and clean with efficient room service. Internet access is good and reliable. For travelers wishing to find a good quality hotel and enjoy the experience of visiting the real China and not a Western hotel located in China, I highly recommend this hotel. I booked for one week and have extended my stay for a month so I can explore this historic and fascinating southern region of China.

Jinjiang Inn second time around
Pros:

This is second time staying here... that should say alot considering the number of hotels to chioose from.. Hotel is on a busy street an can be a bit noisy depedening on which end of hotel you stay. Our room this stay is quite quiet this stay. Facilities are basic no frill rooms. Shower(no bathtubs), t.v., hair dryer, cups (paper), internet and wi-fi. Bed is typical bed for China... a bit hard but found this true in all hotels i have stayed in. Cleaning staff here are very friendly and accomodating for cleaning. Hotel has little supermarket across street next to a KFC. Many little stores around including bakeries, bank and several restaurants. Bus line stops about 50 meters from hotel.. Taxis more than you can count. Overall this is a great place to stay for the price. If you want a basic needs type room this fits the bill.

Okay for a one night stay
Pros:

The hotel was modern and clean, but the room smelt very strongly of cigarette smoke. We asked for another room as our booking had said "non smoking room". However, it turned out that there was no such thing as a non smoking room - they all smelt of cigarettes. The staff tried hard to help us and changed us to a room that was slightly better, but it wasn't particularly comfortable.

Pros:

If you just want a cheap, clean and comfortable hotel fairly central then this is fine. I have stayed at 3 hotels belonging to this chain and never been disappointed.
