Did not stay here had to book a room in another hotel
Pros:

DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!! This place is absolutely disgusting 🤮 Can’t believe this place is being advertised

Cons:

I didn’t like the used needles and syringes laying on the kitchen floor! I was given the key to room and told the cleaner was nearly finished and we could use the room!
They refused to refund my money as I refused to stay in this cess pool drug den!!!

Pros:

Open the door and the smell of mould was overpowering. Cockroaches in two beds. Threadbare carpet that doesn’t meet at the seams. Tea/coffee station with rancid milk pots. Oven was caked in grease and grime. ‘Strictly no pets ‘policy with a big hound dog opposite us. Not even starting on the appalling appearance of the outside. Needs to be knocked down and sold to an owner who cares.

Clean it and repair it, than you can rent it.

This accommodation was really really bad experience. It wasn't worth the money. It was dirty and stinky.
Carpets weren't even vaccumed and were torn. The kitchen was in bad condition and microwave wasn't clean for very long time. The most of the dishes was made from paper or plastic. The extra bed was just terrible, it wasn't good for sitting not for a place to sleep for 1 person for 4 nights. The mattress was so thin than you could feel the springs. The windows didn't work good, couldn't be completely closed and it was difficult opening them. Dust was everywhere, sofa was also broken. The whole apparment was in the bad condition. The photos through booking seemed to be totally different as a reallity.
I really don't recommend this accommodation.

A disappointment and seriously overpriced hotel.
Pros:

Location. That’s all I can say that is positive.

Cons:

This was a 2 star hotel not a 4 star hotel so I was seriously misled. $200 for a hotel of this poor calibre is outrageous. The stench in the room was unbearable and something I have never experienced since I was a poor backpacker touring Europe I. the ‘80s.

Will never recommend, or stay at these apartment's ever again.
Pros:

The gentleman who met me was very polite.

Cons:

Do not stay here. What you see advertised is NOT what the accommodation is. Rooms unclean, bathroom mouldy, gardens and surrounds dirty and unkept. Not value for money that's for sure. Food from someone else left in the oven !

Cons:

Shower head/ hose broken therefore unable to have a shower. When turned on water went everywhere except out of the head.

Absolute scam
Cons:

The room was absolutely disgusting and uninhabitable. There were cum stains on the couch and the carpet. There was a homeless looking dude sleeping under the stairs which made me feel extremely unsafe. There were flies buzzing around the room. When I arrived the Sliding door was wide open which means anyone could have entered. The apartment looked nothing like the photos displayed on booking.com and it is misleading.
