Cons:

Ne pas être informée que le SPA et le bain à bulles étaient en supplément. La piscine avec bulles est assez petite mais surtout les jets sont assez faibles.

Hotel looks nice but doesn't live up to expectations

Location is great. Hotel looks great. Facilities should be great. Room very nice, modern fixtures.

Cons:

Didn't realise hotel spa including sauna and steam room would be closed for public holiday - to be fair, pool, gym and restaurant was open, although pool water was misty. If I had know I would have stayed somewhere more basic.
The desk was dusty and had clearly not be wiped down in a while but did have a fresh tip envelope on it.
Unpleasant smell to the water like washing in pond water. This is consistent in shower and taps. I wouldn’t drink the water if I were you.

Fantastic overnight stay
Pros:

We always try to make this one of our overnight stays when travelling, as it is a great hotel overall that never disappoints. Checking in was very pleasant and easy, gentlemsn was courteous, polite and very helpful. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated and our room was immaculate and had everything we needed. Our view was lovely as it overlooked the St. Lawrence river and hotel was close to restaurants and shops. We will definitely be back.
