A quality property in a great location
Pros:

We always request a river-view room on an upper floor; we weren't disappointed with the room assigned to us.

Cons:

While it didn't interfere with our one-night stay, the property is in the process of replacing in-room AC units. This meant there was construction equipment out side near the entrance which made check-in a bit more challenging. A heads up from a hotel representative during the pre-stay communications and confirmation process would have been appreciated, but certainly not a 'must do'.

Just ok. Have been staying at this hotel for about 50 years - no loyalty appreciation shown by staff. Will find another
Pros:

Was able to park car close to main floor room.

Cons:

No exterior door in room…..no window that could be opened. Dangerous shower…..no bath mat…..slippery. No vegetarian option available at dinner in restaurant.
