we had so many issues from the moment we walked in the door , it was a 50 minute wait pass check in time for our room, we asked for early check in and was unable to get that so as we arrived at 2pm when we told our room would be ready and was told that we had to wait , we had a wedding that started at 3:30pm - which made it very difficult to wait around , as we patiently waited we were asked by other people waiting for there room which said they waited over an hour for there room.

Cleanliness of the property. Air vents filled with dust, grout in shower not clean. White tiles in bathroom mopped however haven’t been scrubbed in a while as evident by the black stains
