Reception staff are brilliant
Pros:

The receptionist was very helpful however the mattresses were awful and the shower was a very good at all in addition to that the air-conditioning is rather terrible

I am definitely going to stay at Bella Express if I visit again
Pros:

The location was excellent, continuous running hot water, the massive spread at complementary (buffet) breakfast, top speed internet connection, pool was great and clean and a water dispenser to refill bottles when complementary water gets exhausted. The room sizes were very big. Helpful & honest staff at Reception especially Ms Kong who helped arrange a cab at the last minute as my cab driver (Bolt app) demanded a higher fare to Bangkok.

Cons:

I booked a Jr. Suite for my family of 5. I had two interconnecting rooms on the 4th floor (Room No. 409). The first bedroom lighting was extremely poor and the A.C. took longer to start cooling.
Kindly upload better photos of the property. The hotel is much better than the pics uploaded.

I don't recommend this to anyone. The scammers don't provide the room that corresponds to your order
Pros:

Breakfast and location were not bad.

Cons:

Firstly, we were given a standard 20 m² room, even though we had booked a superior 30 m² room. Secondly, the room was cleaned irregularly, and never when we asked.

The hotel care about your safety and will make sure you are comfortable in the hotel

Cons:

At the beginning when I checked in, they didn't describe where the room was and I had to go back and ask them before someone brought me down
I got moved to a private room from the hostel dormitory at some point cos there was a weird man in the dormitory and there was a lot of mosquitoes in the bathroom there. (No mosquitoes in the hostel part though)
