Absolutely gorgeous! 100% perfect
Pros:

The hotel is absolutely gorgeous. I couldn’t make a single comment to fault the hotel facilities, decoration or atmosphere. The staff are extremely polite, kind and gracious. We had a fantastic stay here and would love to come back. The location is gorgeous, loads of restaurants and amenities in the direct area, very walkable. We also loved the beds, they were perfect.

Pros:

Le personnel extrêmement aimable, serviable et poli! Le décor de l'hôtel est très beau et agréable. La chambre est très bien équipée, propre, tout est bien fonctionnel. L'emplacement est idéal à deux pas du métro, en plein centre, proche de Grand Palais, pont Alexandre III, Arc de Triumph. Beaucoup de bons restaurants à proximité immédiate!

Great location, but overpriced for the quality and overall disappointing.

Pros:

We liked the way the staff care about us. That includes the front desk, the people who take care about our room, the staff who prepare and serves the coffee and the breakfast.

Cons:

The only thing that we suggest you, is to provide glass cups in the mini bar. We understand that glass cups is a plus for your beautiful place.

le bruit extérieur d'abord côté rue, puis un ronronnement technique en bruit de fond. Par ailleurs, la chambre est bien petite pour le tarif indiqué, la douche aussi. Petit déjeuner: on coche ce qu'on veut manger - pas de libre-service fruit ou autres...

A very comfortable stay... I hope it doesn't change.
Pros:

The place is close to the Champs-Élysées and is very beautiful and clean. The reception staff were very welcoming and quick. I loved it and will definitely stay there again.
