Ok in terms of location and convenience. Also the lady chef and receptionist.

The room cleaning was very late never before 4:40pm also the clean room and leave bathroom and never both together so very disorganized

*The location was OK and convenient for shopping.
* The room was reasonably clean.

Cons:

One of the reception staff was quite rude and unhelpful.

On the day of the football match, we were unable to leave the area and the hotel did not even offer basic snacks or food options, leaving us hungry for hours

There was a power outage that lasted approximately six hours, and no meaningful solution or support was provided

Overall, the hotel offers very poor value for money considering the price paid and the level of service provided
