Excellent in every way
Pros:

Excellent location in Funchal. 10 min or less walk to the harbour and old town
Hotel facilities were excellent. Cleanliness excellent and all staff, friendly and happy to help. Pool was lovely along with the food and drink at the pool bar. Breakfast choices were excellent. If im visiting madeira again, which I hope so, I will be coming back to The Views. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The Views Baia
Pros:

The Views Baia did not disappoint! We had a suite on the tenth floor and the team here could not do enough for you! Everything was spotless they go above and beyond and the facilities were great! I also love the procedure they have around cleaning; if you don’t feel you need the room cleaned (you’d need to decide this on your first day) you can get €3 back per day to discount your drinks or take off your final bill - id never come across this before and thought it was a great initiative! There is also a Spa with some great facilities guests can use or there is the option to book treatments! The food was lovely; lots of choice! Would definitely recommend if you find yourself in Madeira

Great views, excellent food - highly recommend
Pros:

Really pleased we chose The Views Baia. We stayed in a standard mountain view room on the 6th floor, which was quiet, clean, spacious and had a fabulous view from the bay window seating area inside the room (there was also a small balcony).

The location was good - around 10 mins walk to town, although slightly longer to get back due to the steep hill (although the hotel provides a free shuttle bus and taxis are easy to find if you can't face the climb)!

The hotel staff were all friendly and very courteous, and the facilities were excellent (especially the pool and pool bar with stunning view over Funchal bay). We also liked that the hotel is adults only - the communal areas were very calm and peaceful.

The highlight of our stay was the food - there was loads of choice at breakfast, the buffet was continually topped up, and the serving times should suit most schedules (7.30-10.30am). We only had dinner one night (33 eur each if you don't pay upfront) but it was also excellent - buffet style again with lots of choice and absolutely delicious!

Schöner Aufenthalt in einem zentral gelegenen Hotel. Schöne, saubere Zimmer mit einer grandiosen Aussicht.
Pros:

Sehr sauberes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Hotel mit guter Lage. Obwohl es sehr zentral liegt, hat man genug Ruhe zum Entspannen. Kostenlose Parkplätze vorhanden und während unseres Aufenthalts immer verfügbar gewesen. Tolle Aussicht auf Funchal.

Cons:

Beim Check-In, sowie beim Check-Out hätten wir uns über einen persönlichere Umgang gefreut. Man wurde recht schnell abgefertigt ohne, dass mehr auf einen persönlich eingegangen wurde. Trotzdem waren die Mitarbeiter immer durchweg freundlich und sind auf alle Rückfragen eingegangen.

L'hôtel est exceptionnel !
Tout était parfait, les chambres, la literie, le personnel souriant et serviable, la qualité des repas, le spa, la piscine toujours très propres.
Le bar de la piscine très sympa, l'ambiance au bar le soir avec des thèmes différents tous les soirs.
L'emplacement dans Funchal est parfaite.
La vue est exceptionnelle.
