Amazing hotel, loved every second.
Pros:

Absolutely beautiful hotel and amazing facilities. The hotel are very accommodating and friendly. Location is perfect and has easy parking if hiring a car. Would highly recommend and will definitely stay again if visiting Madeira again!

Une découverte inattendue
Pros:

Les photos ne sont pas la meilleures publicité de cet hotel, il est tellement mieux que ce dont on pouvait espéré avec ce que nous avions vu sur booking. La chambre était très grande et bien équipée. Le petit déjeuné était très copieux avec un large choix. Nous n'avons pas testé le restaurant uniquement le bar et il offrait à chaque soir une soirée. Nous avons testé que tardivement la piscine intérieure et ses nombreux équipements , c'est bien dommage. Je recommande cet endroit à 300%

Cons:

Le seul bémol , la chambre "vue montagne" n'était pas une vue montagne mais plus une vue autre que sur la mer.

Pros:

Die Lage war top. Und der Parkplatz war kostenlos.

Cons:

Sehr vieles war mangelhaft. Weit weg von einem 4 Sterne Hotel. Die Betten sind unbequem. Der Service ist weniger als bare minimum. Das Frühstück ist okay aber immer voll, stressig und laut. Das Personal war auch nicht hilfreich bei einem gemeldeten Problem. Die Dusche sieht ekelhaft aus.

The Views - a minha vista favorita
Pros:

Excelente localização.
Todas as instalações renovadas, bem decoradas, bem cuidadas e confortáveis.
Staff muito eficiente e simpático.
Como é um hotel só para adultos é super tranquilo.

Miła obsługa, pomocna. Piękne widoki z basenów oraz restauracji. Spokojny hotel, można odpocząć. Pyszne śniadania- duży wybór i super jakość. Śniadaniowe boxy do zabrania w podróż - super 😻 dobra kawa i drinki 🍹

Cons:

Przestronny apartament- pokój hotelowy z widokiem. Niestety widok był nieco inny niż oczekiwałam. Czysto, nowocześnie. Panie sprzątaczki sprzątały tylko ręczniki i kubki w zlewie, ścieliły łóżko, nie ingerowały w inne porządki.

The view is great, however, it is adjacent to a main street.

Rooms are good. Spa is okay.

Cons:

For our taste, the location was too decentral, it was a rough 10 to 15 minute walk to get to downtown downhill (and uphill back). The main street in front of the building is very noisy, and sitting on the balcony isnt as enjoyable as we thought it would be.
