Pros:

Bra läge, mysigt hotel, fint och fräsch spa. Bra parkering utanför.

Cons:

Mitt rum saknade varmvatten i duschen och en konstig lukt kom och gick, kanske problem med ledningar

Sehr schöne Lage direkt am See, super nettes Personal. Tolles Essen in den Restaurants.

Cons:

Betten sehr weich
trotz Reklamation wurde der Kühlschrank nicht repariert
Fruhstück am Wochenende sehr voll

Erschreckend für das Geld!
Cons:

Das Zimmer war für 200,00 SFR viel zu teuer bzw. zu klein. Gerade mal rund 12 Quadratmeter. Das Licht im Schlafzimmer und auch im Bad düster - viel zu dunkel. Mann konnte sich nicht einmal ordentlich rasieren.
Einmal und niiie wieder!

Vi var dog skuffede over den udendørs swimmingpool nær søen som ikke var brugbar pga grøn alge ligende bund og sider, det var ærgeligt da vores børn havde set frem til poolen...

Absolut ungeeignet für ältere Menschen und Menschen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität die gerne baden möchten und den ganzen

Alles sehr sauber.
Das Essen im Thailändisches Restaurant.

Cons:

Für ältere Menschen oder Gäste mit eingeschränkter Mobilität ist das Hotel kaum geeignet:
- Im Spa-Bereich gibt es kein Geländer beim Einstieg in den Pool.
- Die Dachterrasse mit den Whirlpools ist nur über eine lange Treppe erreichbar – ein Lift fehlt komplett.
- Der Zugang zum See und auch zum Aussenpool erfolgt lediglich über instabile Leitern, die schwer zu bewältigen sind.

Unterstützung vom Personal hätten wir erwartet, leider war dieses jedoch wenig hilfsbereit und zum Teil sogar unfreundlich. Für ein Haus dieser Kategorie wirkt dies diskriminierend und absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäss.

Très agréable mais un peu déçu.
Pros:

SPA incroyable. Petit déjeuner fantastique. Personnel très agréable. Hôtel propre.

Cons:

Lorsque j’ai pris ma chambre, qui était tout de même relativement chère, il n’y avait pas de fenêtre… simplement un Velux. Je n’ai jamais vu une chambre aussi petite dans un 4 étoiles.
Je suis allé demander à l’accueil de changer de chambre et la personne a été extrêmement gentille et serviable, rien à redire.
Cependant, j’ai dû payer un supplément pour avoir une chambre avec une fenêtre standard. Je suis donc passé d’une chambre chère à une chambre très chère… avec une climatisation horrible ! Bruyante et inefficace, elle ne refroidissait rien. J’ai été obligé de l’éteindre pour pouvoir dormir.
Et attention au room service. Chaque achat CHF 10.- de frais.

Restaurant thaïlandais très bien (précisée si vous voulez un emplacement comme sur photo)

Cons:

Jacuzzi sur le toit en supplément 20.-/ personnes
Chambre classique pourrai avoir un coût de neuf
Les chambre dans l’ancien bâtiment au 1er étage sont juste en dessus du restaurant = bruit.

Cons:

wir hatten eine Junior Suite zu Dritt und das Schlafsofa war ziemlich übel zum drauf liegen. Falls wir wieder in dieser Konstellation wären würde ich um ein Zustellbett bitten oder einfach die nultradünne Matratze auf den Boden legen. Aber ansonsten war alles so wunderbar, dass ich das Bett schon wieder vergessen hatte :-)
