Bin sehr enttäuscht!!! War eigentlich das Geburtstagsgeschenk an meine Lebenspartnerin....

Essen war sehr köstlich. Diw Lage am See auch sehr schön.

Cons:

Haare vom Vorgänger im WC und Dusche, Krümel und Staub bei der Mini Bar, Staub auf den Leseheftchen, Duschkopf hat stundenlang nachgetropft, keine Moskitonetze beim Balkoneingang (Lage am See??!!), habe Chsmpagner bestellt bei meiner Ankunft - war nicht vorhanden, Tische beim Abendessen schmurig mit diversen Rotweinflecken, Tischtücher alt und schmuddeli, etc
Wir sind nach 1ner Nacht abgereist!!

Das aufmerksame und freundliche Personal an der Rezeption wi auch im SpaBereich und im Service. Das Raumkonzept, die ruhige Atmosphäre der Blick auf den See.

Splendide !
Pros:

Très bel hôtel magnifiquement situé au bord du lac de Hallwil.
La vue sur le lac est très belle.
Le spa est incroyable (un des meilleurs que nous ayons faits) et la décoration de l'hôtel est très jolie.
Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le prêt de paddle pendant 1h et le prêt de vélos pendant 2h.
Le petit déjeuner était également de très bonne qualité.
La baignoire sur le balcon était top!
Nous avons aussi beaucoup aimé la grande douche avec chromatherapie et banc.

Cons:

Nous avons été un peu déçus par la vue. Nous avions pris vue lac, et en fait, c'était une vue lac latérale. Cela devrait être mieux précisé sur Booking pour éviter une déception.
Nous étions également un peu déçus par la piscine extérieure (très petite) qui est naturelle mais pas très propre. Un nettoyage des parois et de la ligne d'eau serait appréciable pour un établissement de cette gamme et de ce standing.
Concernant le nettoyage de chambre, nous avons aussi trouvé un emballage de tampon dans le toilette, cela aurait dû être vérifié.

A wonderful, friendly place to recouperate in the rural countryside

The breakfast is up there with the best. I was surprised that in this season we found very little fresh fruit(Watermelon, all sorts of Melon, Mango, Pineapple etc.) Instead tinned and processed fruit salads?

Traumhafter Aufenthalt mit Wellness, Genuss und Seeblick
Pros:

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Seerose Resort & Spa und kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir hatten die Junior Suite mit Whirlpool gebucht. Das Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und der Whirlpool war ein echtes Highlight. Lediglich die Klimaanlage war etwas schwach und ein Balkon hätte das Zimmer perfekt gemacht.

Der Service war während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts hervorragend. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Auch die Sauberkeit ließ keine Wünsche offen.

Das Frühstück war außergewöhnlich – eine riesige Auswahl an hochwertigen und frischen Produkten. Wirklich eines der besten Frühstücksbuffets, das wir bisher erlebt haben.

Der Spa-Bereich ist wunderschön gestaltet, sehr stilvoll und lädt zum Entspannen ein. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die kostenlosen Snacks und Getränke im Wellnessbereich. Wir haben zusätzlich eine Thai-Öl-Massage gebucht, die einfach fantastisch war.

Ein weiteres Highlight ist der private Zugang zum Hallwilersee mit eigenem Steg – einfach traumhaft. Das Yoga am Morgen mit dieser wunderschönen Kulisse war der perfekte Start in den Tag.

Ein rundum gelungener Aufenthalt, den wir uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen können. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team!

Stärkere Klimaanlage und das Zimmer lässt sich schwer abdunkeln zum schlafen.

un petit bout de la thaïlande en suisse ! Dépaysement assuré !
Pros:

petit déjeuner très bon et très appréciable de pouvoir y aller de 7h à 12h, la décoration est jolie, chambre confortable, le SPA est exceptionnelle, la nourriture dans restaurant très bon également.

Cons:

Il manque un bouilleur pour le thé dans les chambres, comme l'hôtel est grand, on s'y perd facilement, il devrait faire le tour avec les clients lors du check-in, ou mieux indiqué où sont les différents endroits.

Piacevole soggiorno al lago
Pros:

Si trova in un punto molto suggestivo e paesaggisticamente bello, spa e piscina e esterne molto belle, accoglienti e pulite. Spiaggia vista lago davvero fantastica!

Cons:

Qualche ragnatela qua e là e della polvere abbastanza visibile depositata negli spazi comuni (causa eccesso di elementi di arredo), la luce del bagno nella nostra stanza era intermittente e improvvisamente di notte si è bloccato lo scarico del WC. Davvero poca scelta vegan friendly nella colazione. Assenza di ascensore nella nostra struttura dunque poco agibile per persone anziane, incinta o disabili

Angenehm und sehr erholsam
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal , sehr professionell und angenehm SPA -Leistungserbringerinnen . Die drei Restaurant und das Frühstücksbüffet waren sehr lecker

Cons:

Ich konnte aus technischen Gründen meine Wünsche nicht im Vorfeld eingeben wie es gedacht war. Das Zimmer konnte problemlos gewechselt werden wegen des Bett aber am Ende war die Matratze zu weich

Vielseitiges Hotel mit Top Spa, Top Restaurants und sehr guter Lage am See mit eigenem Pool und Strand

Cons:

Negativ aufgefallen ist: im Zimmer und Bad kein einziger Kleiderhaken, nicht fürs Handtuch oder Bademantel, oder die Kleidung.
Oder ist hinter dem ganzen eine Philosophie welche wir nicht verstanden haben.
