C'était fabuleux !

Cons:

Pas très insonorisé.. On entendais les clients au dessu de notre chambre faire énormément de bruit pendant plus de deux heure (100 pats, bruits de meubles qui bougent...) nous avons du téléphoné à la réception pour que cela se calme. Et pareil le matin.. On entendais absolument tout..

Het viel ons tegen voor ons derde bezoek aan dit hotel.

de kwaliteit van de bedden.

Cons:

De kanalen op de tv. In de badkamer was de douchekraan onregelbaar. Wat je ook probeerde steeds kreeg men heet water.
De eerste morgen waren de broodjes niet vers. Het koffieapparaat werd niet tijdig bijgevuld en dit om 8u15 's morgens. Het sinaasappelsap was slecht en sommige tafels waren niet stabiel zodat men onverwachts morste ondanks bierviltjes onder de poten.

Côté Restaurant au niveau de l'accueil des barmans. J'ai l'impression qu'il n'apprécie pas forcément les wallons. Je trouve cela un peu dommage.

Es war schön, sehr große Auswahl beim Frühstück.

Cons:

Für den Preis hat sich gar nicht gelohnt. Wir dachten, wir zahlen mehr, damit wir es auch gemütlich haben. Die Betten waren Katastrophe. Sehr kleine Kissen und sehr ungemütlich. Der Pool war auch ziemlich klein und das Zustellbett für das Kind war genau neben der Tür. Alles viel zu eng für den Preis.

Kamer (vooral omgeving van de douches) heeft wat onderhoud nodig, maar het was proper.
Personeel aan de balie niet altijd goed op de hoogte (vb: in lift hangt een boodschap met de vraag om voor het ochtendeten uit te checken om drukte te voorkomen. Wanneer ik wilde uitchecken, kon dit niet....)

Het hotel had een fijne sfeer en de ligging in Oostende was heel handig. Ook de wellness was een leuke extra en we hebben er een aangenaam verblijf gehad. Het uitzicht op zee was heel leuk en mooi

Cons:

Wat ik minder vond, was dat er geen deur aan de douche zat, waardoor het water overal in de badkamer spetterde. Ook had de badkamer zelf geen deur, wat ik persoonlijk wat lastig en minder praktisch vond. Alleen met de jongeren aan het bushokje was niet zo leuk. En melding van gemaakt en het was weer in orde.
