The use of a bathrobe and slippers is required in the wellness area. They can be rented at Hotel Royal Astrid.

Guests who wish to book half-board, fixed menu, are required to reserve in advance. On 24 December and 31 December every year, half-board rates are not available and the spa will be open until 18:00.

Cons:

We komen al jaren in Royal Astrid<. Nu was er één van de 2 liften stuk. We namen dus regelmatig de trap. Het viel ons toen op, dat de trappenhal erg vuil en vies was. Vervolgens wil ik iets melden over het ontbijt. We gingen rond 09u10 de ontbijtzaal binnen. Het was er goed druk (weekend) Onze verwondering was groot toen we bonen met tomatensaus wilde nemen en er ons was gemeld dat de bak leeg was en NIET meer zou worden bijgevuld... om 09u??? Dan kwam er rond 10u een ober de tassen en borden aanvullen aan de koffieautomaat, naast onze tafel. Gedurende 10 minuten een zeer storend lawaai en plots viel ook nog een volledige plateau tegen de grond. (uit ober zijn handen geschoven) De stress was compleet en we hebben het ontbijt verlaten. Jammer maar helaas.

Un séjour de 3 jours détente bon rapport qualité prix
Pros:

La cuisine est excellente et le petit déjeuner est gourmand et complet.
L’accès au Welness est facile et tout est propre. Notre petit chien était le bienvenu. Ce qui avait été annoncé était au rdv et nous a satisfait.

Cons:

Vu la présence de notre compagnon, nous avons déjeuné dans la partie café /bar avec complète compréhension mais la table n’est pas accueillante. Pas de préparation…. Petite serviette et ou set de table. C’est très froid et le personnel passe l’aspirateur juste à côté de nous sans réfléchir à l’inconfort du geste. Pas de bonjour, c’est dommage.

Très beau séjour avec de belles prestations.
Pros:

Toutes les prestations étaient OK, sauf le parking indisponible... alors que c'était une de mes exigences. Heureusement que l'appli "Seety" m'a proposé une place assez proche de l'hôtel.

Le parking pour les clients qui viennent en voiture.

Pros:

Couloirs en très mauvais état et sales. Chambres défraichies mal décorées, douche minimale. TV très petite et vieux modèle, petit déjeuner pas exceptionnel pour le prix
