There is an additional charge to use the wellness facilities. Children aged 6 years and below are not allowed to use the wellness facilities. You can contact the hotel for more specific information.

The use of a bathrobe and slippers is required in the wellness area. They can be rented at Hotel Royal Astrid.

Guests who wish to book half-board, fixed menu, are required to reserve in advance. On 24 December and 31 December every year, half-board rates are not available and the spa will be open until 18:00.

Leuk zwembad, top ontbijt, goed locatie.

Cons:

Restaurant personeel niet zo vriendelijk we had lang zitten wachten om een drink te bestellen in de avond. Bij de ontbijt was dat wel vriendelijk . Douche was niet zo goed.

C’était un Hotel tout à fait normal pour moi il ne mérite pas trois-étoiles alors je sais pas pourquoi les gens ils disent que le petit déjeuner était terrible il était top y avait rien de spécial. Je m’attendais à du Sumu. Je m’en je m’attendais à des trucs que les petits Hotel, deux étoiles, une étoile font mieux que eux, à l’entrée, le personnel, une femme qui pète un peu plus son nez qui n’arrive pas à trouver mon nom et mon prénom en sachant que je lui dis bien que c’était AH sans Collègue qui vient de son côté comme moi je repasserai bien épeler je lui ai demandé est-ce qu’il y a pas de prise de recharge vu qu’il aurait pu hybride sans Collègue lui a dit non rien lui dire il se démerde alors oui le personnel est désagréable je sais pas si ils étaient racistes, parce que je suis Des nationalité, marocaine, mais j’ai senti un éloignement

Pas de bouilloire dans la chambre, la télévision, elle n’était pas au milieu elle était à droite. L’eau n’était pas très chaude dans la douche.

Rustig, ontbijt zeer lekker, mooie kamer, kregen upgrade naar grotere kamer, lekker eten in Ocean restaurant, ligging zeer goed vlakbij strand en kusttram

De liften waren wel wat klein en soms moest je wel wat wachten, maar niet echt storend. Het was warm op de kamer, gelukkig was er airco..

Staff, amenities, breakfast, the room and the hotel spaces in general are very good!

Cons:

Unfortunately from my room (located at 1st floor) I hear noise (probably coming from the kitchen in the floor below?) until 23.00/23.30.
I’ve stayed in this hotel for different periods and it’s really the first time it happens, so maybe just an unlucky period!
