There is an additional charge to use the wellness facilities. Children aged 6 years and below are not allowed to use the wellness facilities. You can contact the hotel for more specific information.

The use of a bathrobe and slippers is required in the wellness area. They can be rented at Hotel Royal Astrid.

Guests who wish to book half-board, fixed menu, are required to reserve in advance. On 24 December and 31 December every year, half-board rates are not available and the spa will be open until 18:00.

Please note that guests must wear appropriate swimwear in the spa.

    Children up to and including 3 years old stay for € 10.50 per person per night when using an available cot.
    Children from 4 years old to 12 years old stay for € 35 per person per night when using an available extra bed.

    Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

L accueil et le manque de sympathie sont vraiment à déplorer . On avait vraiment l impression de déranger , le Check in a été fait à toute vitesse sans aucune empathie .

De kamer! Het was niet goed gekuisd, nog allemaal vlekken op de muren, kinderbedden waren kapot! Aan de douchekop allemaal schimmel! Walgelijk zal de foto’s erbij zetten!

In Ostende in der Gastronomie stimmt das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis nicht mehr !

Die Lage echt gut. Frühstücksbuffet war auch ok, wenn man früh kam.

Cons:

Die Parkplatzgebühr am Hotel ist überhöht. In der Vorsaison gibt es in der Nähe genug Parkplätze gebührenfrei.

fabuleux, proximité mer et plage, grand wellness, personnel bienveillant, accueillant et disponible.
Pros:

Salade de fruits frais de saison, buffet très copieux, maquée et confiture maison, grand choix de pains et viennoiseries, pancakes cuits sur place et réaprovisionné constamment durant le temps du petit déjeuner. Repas au restaurant très bon.
