Hôtel Bonne Nouvelle

La propreté des couloirs laisse à désirer, le petit déjeuner paraît très bien sur photo mais en réalité il est très pauvre et loin d’être agréable (le réceptionniste qui est quasiment à côté de vous pendant votre petit déjeuner), la sdb minuscule, qui oblige les grandes personnes à garder la porte ouverte pour pouvoir s’asseoir aux toilettes) la chambre était petite, certes, limite minuscule! Il ne faut pas être de passage d’un voyage entre deux trajets, les valises prennent toute la place, plus moyen de circuler.

Receptionist not very helpful or interested - room was pokey and pricey for what it was. Hotel Ibis which we used on the return leg was cheaper/better value for money and a much larger room

Viel zu kleines Bad trotz Premium Zimmer. Öffentliche Bereiche abgenutzt. Frühstücksraum in der Lobby eng und nicht so gemütlich. Personal okay. Das mit dem Mini Bad hat sie jedenfalls nicht interessiert.

Pas de Clim trop chaud dans la chambre et le petit déjeuner était copieux mais à un prix trop élevé pour des personnes qui déjeunent peu comme nous 15 e par personne pour un œuf de pain et du beurre … il devrait y avoir deux formules

Felt like I was intruding not like a guest

Pour le parking associé par contre la réduction prévue n a pas fonctionné, nous avons payé plein tarif.
Mais globalement au niveau de l hôtel ,tout est bien et je le recommande...

Very disappointing stay ! serious bathroom and Wi-Fi issues

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The room had several issues that significantly affected our experience.

The Wi-Fi was extremely poor throughout the night and was only usable when standing near the room door. The bathroom was an even BIGGER problem. The shower leaked water all over the bathroom floor even with the glass door fully closed, and the toilet did not flush properly. ( we stayed on the fourth floor to the right of the elevator once you exit.)

I reported these issues to the hotel manager (very rude lady btw!), but unfortunately, I did not feel that my concerns were handled appropriately. I was told that the Wi-Fi was new and that the bathroom problems were related to the ongoing renovation.

The overall experience was poor enough that we decided to leave after the first night and book another hotel.

I would strongly recommend that management make sure the rooms are fully functional before continuing to accommodate guests. A leaking shower, malfunctioning toilet, and unreliable Wi-Fi are not minor inconveniences, they substantially affect the quality of a stay.

The location was convenient, but unfortunately, the condition of the room and the way the problems were handled overshadowed that positive.

I hope the hotel addresses these issues for future guests.
