Отсядаме в хотела за втора поредна година заради ежегодно спортно събитие и отново останахме изключително доволни. Локацията е перфектна и невероятно удобна. Персоналът е изключително любезен

Pros:

Micul dejun a fost acceptabil, locatia centrala, ok pentru a vizita orasul.

Cons:

Parcarea lasa de dorit, greu accesibil. Mobilier vechi, curatenie superficiala, patul era alcatuit din doua saltele puse una peste alta, salteaua de deasupra era noua, dar cea de jos era murdara, rupta si patata, mi-a fost un pic teama sa nu ne trezim cu ceva "musafiri" din salteaua veche... Centrul SPA este o minciuna, apa in bazin a fost rece, pentru sauna trebuie sa platesti, desi spun ca ai mic de jun si SPA inclus. Personalului nu am ce sa-i reprosez, s-au purtat frumos.

Pros:

Mic dejun decent, s-au straduit. Locatia ok, aproape de centrul vechi. Parcare la subsolul cladirii. Camera la etajul 4, vedere frumoasa catre cetate.

Cons:

mobilier invechit, usa si tocul usii la baie umflate de la aburi, prosoapele uzate, hotelul nu reflecta cele 4 stele, necesita renovare generala.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

We had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel. Its central location made everything easily accessible, which was perfect for exploring the city. The apartment itself was spacious, comfortable, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing stay.

The absolute highlight for us was the private sauna — such an incredible feature! After a long day of sightseeing, being able to unwind in the sauna was both relaxing and rejuvenating, and it made our experience feel extra special.

We also loved the two balconies, which were a fantastic addition. Starting the day with a cup of tea or coffee while enjoying the morning sun was simply perfect. They were also ideal for some peaceful morning yoga or stretching, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The staff were warm, friendly, and always ready to help, which added to the overall positive atmosphere. Everything was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, which we really appreciated. The presence of a bathtub was also a lovely bonus, adding even more comfort to our stay.

We would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
