The location was great, room was clean.

The only thing I didn't like was the air con couldn't be turned up so was very cold but still enjoyed the stay

Furnishings in lounge getting very worn; carpets need deep cleaning. Some loud noises in early hours of the morning.

Location is excellent and we love the vintage feel of the hotel

Cons:

The bathroom tiling and grout needs attention and mould removalas well as very low water pressure. We got back late after a show and had cold showers. Seemed that maybe hot water is turned off after a certain time

Fabulous
Pros:

Everything - the suite is huge and roomy and cosy as well. The bed was so comfortable and quiet rooms as if we had the hotel to our self. The coffee shop laneway is cute and convenient with fabulous breakfast. The location to everything is perfect ! Definitely recommend!

The size of the room was good and was clean

Cons:

There was no hot water to shower and when I told the staff they did not care not even a sorry just a pore excuse which is not my problem I pay for a service I expect to receive the full service if it can't be provided then compensation should be given.

Perfect stay in Brisbane CBD
Pros:

Room was HUGE, location was perfect, it was clean. Washing machine and dryer in the room.

Cons:

A little dated but still very comfortable. The only thing is that we used the drier and the room got too humid and one of our books was damaged.

Pros:

Bed was very comfortable. Unit very clean and well appointed and location was SENSATIONAL. Could not beat the location - Brisbane City and public transport literally at the door.

Cons:

No matter what device we used or log on we tried none of us could use the wifi which as International travellers meant using our limited data on our temporary sim cards.

excellent hotel, ideal location, love the spacious rooms and quietness.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and well appointed. Furniture options in the room were available e.g. couch (pull out) with kitchenette, and table and chairs.
The bathroom was well appointed, and easy to use. bed was comfortable. high level of cleanliness.
Location is excellent- just off the Queens Street mall; walking distance to train station, and bus interchange.
