Exceptional location!
Pros:

Absolutely fantastic location for shopping, dining, the casino and public transport! Beautifully polite and helpful front of service staff. The building is gorgeous and I would recommend a stay!

Cons:

Our room was exceptionally cold and the layout awkward for getting into the bedroom as the door hit the wall and could only open halfway. Minor inconveniences and won't stop us coming to stay again.

Pros:

Beautiful period hotel. Enjoyed the size of the room. Lovely soft carpet, foxtel, and lovely furniture and comfy bed. Excellent location, central to everything. And the added bonus of having the cafe attached. Which do an excellent array of pastries.

Cons:

Only two things. The shower has a mind of its own and very difficult to set to anything other than scalding or freezing. And the pillows were a bit lumpy.

Good location, everything else could use improvement

Location is unbeatable

Cons:

Internet is absolute rubbish. It never works. Ever.
The new cleaning staff are lacklustre, one guy that was meant to be cleaning level 3, basically wiped dirty dishes with a tea towel WITHOUT WASHING THEM first and then put them away in front of me. Like WTF who taught this guy?

Room was clean, quiet and well appointed and the location was ideal for my stay as it was close to where I needed to go.
Pros:

Spacious and comfortable room.

Cons:

With the shower over the bathtub it would be nice to have a grab rail to hold onto when getting in and out and washing as the bottom of the tub was slippery.
