Disappointed with the servicing of room.
Pros:

Location is great.

Cons:

Appear room was not made up on check in as no towels and tea and coffee where low.

Comfortable accommodation in a handy location
Pros:

We had a very large room with cooking and washing facilities although we didn't use them. The hotel has an older style charm and is in a very handy location for Queen Street and eateries. A taxi rank close by made it easy to access transport.

Cons:

Would have liked fresh towels and tissues replaced. The shower tap handle not secure.
