Une petite étape agréable dans mon voyage…
Pros:

Un peu tout……… chouette ambiance !

Cons:

Le fait d’être logée dans une chambre surchauffée sans autre moyen d’action qu’ouvrir la fenêtre… alors que la nuit était glaciale. Je m’en suis sortie sans problème malgré tout…

Cons:

Check in. Got there at 1.30pm for 1 night stay. Hot day riding, arrived earlier than scheduled. Couldn't wait to get out of our gear, we were melting. Walked up to reception to see if we could check in. Very abrupt receptionist said no, your room isn't ready, check in is at 2pm. Didnt even take my name so she didn't even check if room was ready. Any other hotel Ive been to are usually glad to check and check you in if room is ready. Waited around for 30 minutes, then went back to reception at 2pm. She still checked the clock again. Proceeded to check us in but then demanded payment. When I told her I'd already paid through booking.com she said abruptly "we have no payment". I then had to sift through all my emails to find the paymentconfirmation and show her. By this time I'm physically melting in front of her eyes. Then asked to forward the email to them.
So all in all about an hour after arriving finally got into the room and proceeding to peel my gear off.

We moesten tot 16.00 uur wachten om de sleutels op te halen, ondanks dat Booking ons officieel had laten weten dat we tussen 13.00 en 14.00 uur het appartement in konden.

Locatie is prima, hotel zelf niet bijzonder
Pros:

De locatie is prima om van hieruit te wandelen. Het eten in het restaurant was prima en het ontbijt ook.

Cons:

De entree is groots, maar eenmaal binnen dan lijkt het wel een gedateerde selfservice receptie te zijn. De familiekamer is sober, klein, donker en de bedden zijn veel te zacht om een hele nacht in te slapen. Op veel plaatsen in het hotel ruik je sigarettenrook, zelfs in de familiekamer omdat er een verdieping beneden gerookt werd en we het raam hadden open staan. Om echt uit te rusten en op te laden zou ik een ander hotel kiezen.

Cons:

De kamer die we toegewezen gekregen had een defecte chauffage waardoor het bloedheet was in de kamer. Het was voor mij en mijn 2 kindjes niet houdbaar en het voelde aan alsof dat we in een sauna moesten slapen. We hebben dit meermaals moeten melden en uiteindelijk mochten we 2uur (!) later toch op een andere kamer verblijven. Die kamer was wel prima en had een normale temperatuur.

Cons:

Ontbijt werd niet aangevuld.. 2e dag was er bijna niks meer.
Ik had van te voren gevraagd ivm autisme zoon wat er te eten was. Helaas klopte dit ook niet.
